818 Lima Rd, Kendallville“I called ATT 3 times to make changes to my account. Each time I was sent to at least 5 online sites to makes the changes. After 5 days somehow nothing worked. My blood pressure soared and I tried to be patient and not be angry with the situation. The agents were nice , all on different pages.
Voila!!! I went to the nearest ATT store. After waiting anxiously -was close to closing— out walked the next person on call. She was smiling and calm as she asked what I needed. Very professional attitude and I felt she was willing to help someone close to a nervous breakdown. In 8 minutes, she got new password entered, my payment options set up, prepaid 2 months per ATT (told 90 days before auto pay set), put me on auto pay with correct card. Just like that. Calm and personable. Her proficiency astounded me. She’d only been with ATT for 3 months and sure had command of the situation. Makes me proud that a young woman this good is in tech! ASHLEY is the person of the day at ATT and maybe the month. Oh heck, make Ashley the employee of the year. Please do right by ASHLEY. She is doing right for ATT. It would be nice if ASHLEY would get an “atta girl”. ASHLEY rocks customer service along with her proficiency. Thank you for ASHLEY.”
“What great customer service! My phone was going out, and Matt got me setup and was very patient and helpful teaching me to use my new phone. Even connected it to my car! My husband got a new phone a month ago with Matt's assistance, and the same great service. He's been back in 3 times to have Matt remind him how to do things, these two are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone.”
