I wanted to start doing something for myself after having my 2nd child, so I decided to stop in despite the negative reviews. I've gone here for a couple sets now and I've loved every one. I always receive compliments on my nails so it's definitely been the confidence booster I've been looking for! Attached are a picture of my first set and my current set.

You will be waiting forever if they don’t know your name. They will put you in the back of the room facing the back wall while they take people they do know. I have been going there for a while now and every time I go they do this to me. I will not go again. I will go someplace where they want to help everyone the same.

I always love coming here. Yes it may get busy and longer waits but if you call ahead and then when you arrive say "I called" they will usually take you ahead of a few people.The price isn't as expensive as Pro Nails and the staff is always polite and do a great job of remembering you!!

Always great service! Techs are so nice and you can tell they put there all into making sure your nails look great! My 4 year old got her first pedi and they were so sweet and patient with her! Even sang songs with her! Our nails turned out great they always go above and beyond!

As a busy salon owner, I would not recommend this establishment. I was in town for a few days and was hoping to get a good relaxing pedicure, My pedicure was neither good or relaxing. They were very busy and tried to pack as many in as they could, which in my opinion sacrificed cleanliness and attention to details. There were items that should be disposable, and they were put back in the drawers for reuse. There was a young man (maybe 15-16 years old) doing pedicures. The state requires licensed manicurists to be 18 with either a GED or high school diploma. I watched as Mary did about 10 ladies nails in about 2 hours, never once washing her hands or changing her towel. The man that did my pedicure absolutely ruined my toenails. I came in with regular Polish on and after removing it, he proceeded to drill my nails which now have ridges. I asked him not to trim my nails much and he proceeded to cut them low and crooked. One week after my pedicure and I need to completely repolish my nails. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I used to go here all the time until recently last time we went there and they were rushing to do our fills and very rude and jumping back and forth between customers and instead of finishing one first. Then last week I started calling Wednesday and I called several times everyday I told Friday I went in there and they told me to come back tomorrow and at 1030 Saturday and got told the same thing and so today I go back and try again at 426 I walk in and Mary rudely tells me no and to come back another day. I told her I will be finding a new nail salon cuz they never answer and I’m tried do the same day same thing being told over and over and not being able to make an appt.. Very very poor customer service they have gotten lately.. wouldn’t recommend it to anyone anymoreServices: Acrylic nails

I’ve tried calling consecutively since Wednesday last week and the phone is continuously busy, i finally just went in there friday and saturday they kept telling me to come back the next day. they will be finding a new customer, cuz i will not be back!
