I use to love the deli fried chicken but it's gone from two 8 piece packs for $12. up to $9. for one pack and it's not as good, not tender and pieces are smaller. I'd bought it many times but won't anymore so also won't be buying other items that I'd pick up while there for chicken.

A lot of remodeling going on. Bringing the store more "up to date". Will have to get used to the new layout but it looks nice so far.

Under staffed and they require an overworked employee to "verify" self checkout by rubber stamping the item count. Either get rid of the self checkout and open up a full service lane or have 2 to 3 employees working the self checkout. 1 employee just rubber stamping item count isn't preventing theft, I can guarantee that.

Usually love Kroger. Went today, 2 lanes open. Self checkout had long lines. Just wondering whether I should be paid to do my own checkout. With prices today a discount would be nice., for doing the work of Kroger employees.

2PM was excellent time to shop. Could get handicapped parking spot and there were less people shopping. Could get everything on list.

This is the most unfriendly kroger I've ever been to. Only helpful person was an older African American lady. The lady at the front desk was rude to her while she was helping me. Sucks this has to be my new kroger. Definitely not friendly faces.

Sunday morning is always super busy so it would be nice if they had the front end staff to cover that. But instead the self checkout is backed down the isle because people with full carts are forced to use them. Hire more cashiers or give people a discount for using self check out. We're paying more than ever for groceries and are getting worse and worse service to go with it.
