Almost always have my prescriptions ready. Even with the Covid virus running rampant they still managed to have my prescriptions ready on time. Most of the staff are kind and courteous.

They keep ignoring calls and have drive thru closed. I get you're short staffed but we're your customers an need our medications!! I'll be switching pharmacies. Update a week later an still their currently ignorint customers an calls. Yet there's multiple employees working today!! Now a month later still closing drive threw an ignoring phone calls yep definitely switching pharmacies

I don’t know what’s up with your pharmacy these days, but you outta do something to change it. I’m sure your desperate to hire employees and willing to take anyone off the street. I’ve literally been told five different times already on a prescription that was supposed to be urgent. But then they say can you come back tomorrow to get it. I will take my business somewhere else, it’s sad that Walgreens was able to complete my order in 20 minutes after receiving it. I’ve gotten several prescriptions with Kroger‘s here in Kendallville, and your literally the worst pharmacy ever. Every time i have issues refilling a prescription. I think someone needs to call other Kroger’s and see how they manage to get prescriptions out in a good time range.

As any Pharmacy, they can be very busy, however there is a convenience drive-thru to comfortably sit in your car. I love this entire staff of committed and skillful professionals, every One of them puts Service Excellence and customer satisfaction as their number One priority. I believe that is because of the Leadership By Example of Jessica Komosinski, Pharmacy Manager, in my opinion, the most Highly Skilled, Dedicated, Intelligent and Committed Pharmacist I have ever met. I love this little Pharmacy and their Pride in Providing Excellence - Well done, Jessica and All of your staff who make this The Best Pharmacy in Kendallville!

Just did the pick up at kendallville kroger! Good experience but out of the 3 pick up spots, 2 were taken up by regular shoppers despite the signs denoting that it was a pick up spot. Not sure how to crack down on that but looks like it will need done unfortunately. Maybe the signs need to say ‘online pick up only’ to be clearer? Or perhaps move the pick up spot towards to side/back of the building by the pharmacy?

rude is a good word that describes the customer service associate. after waiting 15 minutes at the deli and there was no one there I walked up to customer service to get assistance to call someone to deli and they said there was no one working back there at that time.
