“The employees here have been A1 since before day one!!! Purchased a new mattress, the day the Kendallville store received it the customer service reps in the store were so helpful and kind. Their delivery schedule was super packed, so the store manager delivered our mattress themselves same day so we didn't have to wait for the delivery people! 10/10 will recommend and will definitely be returning for future purchases!!!!!”
“Mark, did a great job re-facing our old lower cabinets because we have a granite slab that was impossible to remove. We had new upper cabinets built as well. The quality of work was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and helped us though every stage of the the cabinet replacing process. He even made time for us after regular business hours to get our hardware picked out. “(Originally I was hesitant to go in because I assumed Showcase Furniture was just another overpriced rent to own type store.)I was very wrong. No pressure to buy. Extremely friendly sales staff. They were low on inventory and they didn't have what I was looking for this time. I do plan on going back after the new pieces come in to purchase living room furniture. Same brand and configuration as the pieces I looked at in Ft Wayne, many of them with a lower price tag.”
