After my doctor’s appointment this morning, I had prescriptions called in. Was told they would be ready by noon.. it’s now 6:30pm and they still are not ready. Typically you need prescriptions asap after a doctor’s appointment.. the SAME day.Why is service so painfully slow here?!EDIT: thanks CVS pharmacy for taking all day to fill my prescriptions, and then finally getting it done at 8PM when your CLOSED.

Infants script was called in at 2pm. We called and was told it would be 30 minutes but they would try to expedite it. Gave them 40 minutes and went to the drive up window. Was told it's not done yet. It will be about an hour but they will try to expedite it. I left and came back yet an hour later. Waited in a long line inside the store, hearing the pharmacy cashier as well as the tech working the drive through both telling people the same thing. It will be an hour or two hours but we will try to expedite it. I get up to the counter and am told sorry it's not ready yet. It will be about and hour but will try to expedite it. I leave and one back at 7:15pm knowing pharmacy will close at 8. I get to the counter and the pharmacist says oh it's not ready yet, let me get that filled for you. (Insert angry emoji and some words). I totally understand being overworked and understaffed but don't tell everyone you are expediting their script to shut them up.

I have been waiting 31 minutes in line at the drive thru to get my prescription. This is absolutely ridiculous. Other cars have left the line because of this.. come on CVS!

Wish people knew how to read prescriptions here, but that is too complained for them. Our doctor puts our prescription in for 3 months bc our insurance will only pay for 3 months. My husband and I have reminded them on several occasions and they still only fill one month supply. It wouldn't be so bad if my prescription didn't cost $ 800. So thanks for that !!!!! Don't go to this location.

This pharmacy has the rudest employees. Giving me a prescription that has an ingredient he is allergic to,I immediately called within 10 minutes and they refused to take it back. 3 separate occasions I told them and I explained if they took meds back or backed it out of the system the insurance would pay for correct ones. They still refused so I disposed the meds They and their pharmacist need to learn their job on allergies and they all lack customer service skills. Today she says "oh been meaning to contact you so you can return the meds ". Really?!!10 days later. Because once again they tried to give me prescription for my son that was not written as Dr had ordered and told me to leave the store because she was unhappy with my interaction and calling them out on what they are doing . CVS Kendallville lacks customer service skills and the ability to perform their job without harming others because they don't watch allergy on your file or fill prescription as doctor ordered .

After waiting in line at pharmacy drive-through for 20+ minutes I was told that my prescription would cost $66. I found out it was ran on the incorrect insurance. When I gave my insurance card to the person at the window, she told me I would have to wait and come back an additional 20 minutes later.

I went to return something from Amazon and I was so embarrassed about the way the older lady treated me. She flipped out on me about they found print labels take it to Amazon and I don't care about what it says we don't have any way to print out a label!!!Wow I was just doing what I was told I wasn't arguing, and for the love of God, you are supposed to be a place to get prints?????

Normally CVS has friendly staff members. CVS in Kendallville Indiana has the RUDEST pharmacy techs EVER! Half the time their pharmacy is closed because they don't have a pharmacist to work.I don't recommend this particular CVS to anyone. I am in the process of transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy

Very unprofessional. Rude when you call and ask about prescription. Told me my prescription was there only to drive all the way there for them to tell me they don’t have it and have to order it. The staff said it would be there the next day. It was not there the next day either. The store hours online are wrong. Everything about this pharmacy needs to change. Do not recommend.

I will drive the extra time from my house to Auburn and deal with the pharmacy manager Ashley!! The ridiculousness of the pharmacy manager in Kendallville and staff is appalling. I was just told if I wanted my medication I need for my pregnancy for the safety of myself & baby from blood clots he was NOT going to call my Dr to get a prior authorization. I've had my pharmacy license 14 plus years that's not the way it works. My Dr's office is amazing at getting them approved after they fax over the request which dome computer software is automatically done. So if you want a pharmacy in Cvs system even at $5 a gallon of gas go to Auburn and forget Kendallville bc they don't care about patient health. I've had multiple people I know have problems especially the last year.

I have been going to cvs for a couple years now, for the last 2 months I've had to go without for 3 to 5 days for my pain medication because they were out. I called and ask why, they don't have weekend deliveries, and I ask don't you take into account all the people that are on this medicine and order accordingly and she said we do get new patients and if you do not like it go somewhere else, are you kidding me, this is how you treat your customers, I am changing all my prescription, very rude pharmacists
