went in on a sunday, and there was only one sales rep. even when she has 2-4 other people waiting which can be stressful, she was still very nice, and helpful. she never faltered. walked out with what i went in there for. good service! i hope that sales rep had a good day, bc she was awesome!

I ordered a phone from Verizon as a Christmas present and was to pick up the phone at this store. I called ahead to make sure there was would not be a problem of picking it up late according to my order time. The associate I spoke with told me that would not be a problem. I got to the store...HUGE problems. Now he can't seem to fix it causing both time and financial issues.
