“Been having issues nonstop with overheating and we absolutely could not figure out what the issue was no matter what we replaced. Took it in and they said from the looks of it, it could be a little pricey but they wanted to double check just in case. An older gentleman that works there came out and double checked it and they found it to only be a clamp, replaced it, and let us go for free!! this same older gentleman that double checked for us also saved us so much money a while back when one of our hoses melted and he just snipped it off and reattached it. this place has helped us not break the bank many times. i’m not sure what the older gentleman’s name is but he’s absolutely fantastic and so is Jiffy Lube!”

“Had a clutch put in and rebuilt the rear axle, replaced ujoints. Towed a car from Kentucky ( over 250 miles) and it worked like a new truck. Fair priced and excellent work. Can't say enough positive things about this place.”
“These guys did an amazing job on my car, it looks like nothing ever happened to it. I took my car here in september and they were honest and told me they probably wouldn’t be be to get my car in to get it fixed until december because of all the other cars they had in line before me. They ended up fixing my car way sooner than expected, they were able to work my car in a little over a month later and got it done quick! “I’m from Indy so when my tire light came on a Friday afternoon I was concerned I’d be stuck for the weekend. I took it to the Best Tire Shop and they fully checked out my tires and all I needed was air and didn’t charge me. Even took of the tire light where other places tell me it would turn off after driving it 5 miles. Thanks guys!”

“My daughter’s car started having issues. Check engine light was flashing and was losing power along with a squealing noise. I had taken it to another shop months before for just the squealing noise. They had told me they would need to take the entire engine apart to find the issue. I called Eshelman’s at the advice from a friend. I get major anxiety calling to even schedule an oil change for my car. Eshelman’s answered and stated they could run the codes and see what the issue was. After dropping her car off at Eshelman’s the night before, I didn’t have much hope. I figured I was going to be in the hole at least $800-1000. They called me that morning and stated, “you can pick up the car today”. I was shocked! The vehicle was done, he had found the issue, and it was relatively cheap to fix. I am thrilled that my daughter has her vehicle back and I don’t have to worry about her driving it. Thank you for an honest, reliable business!! Good people are my kind of people!”
“I've been meaning to leave a review for a while. We have used the Kendallville Walmart Auto service at least 5 times. Walmart had a reputation for not being the best, but I've been pleasantly surprised Everytime we have come here. Everyone has been very friendly. I had an issue one time with a completely flat tire due to hardware rusting. I had my baby with me. I walked over to Walmart and they were very kind and squeezed me in last minute and even went to the Walmart gas station where my tire went flat to get my car! I usually order my tires through the app and set up service that way. I ordered the wrong tires for TWO cars earlier this year and they joked and were super kind while canceling the transaction, etc.. My husband had an issue last week with our other vehicles tires going flat. He asked me to write a good review (which I've been meaning to do anyways) because he was impressed with their friendliness and service. I hope this place is always like this great job guys!! (And ladies) :)”

“We got a flat on our way to Frankenmuth l, wife googled a tire place in the area and Tire Star came up. Wife called and they told her bring the car and we can have you back on the road within the hour. We went there and within the hour we were back on the road.They were great to us.”
