This AT&T location was so awesome and helpful. Matthew was very happy to assist me and is a very knowledgeable guy, he even stayed after hours to finish helping me set up my new phone. Matthew made the long process easy and more enjoyable than it normally would have been! Will definitely be back!

This review deserves more than 5 stars!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I came into the store frustrated with a specific situation and Justin went above and beyond to find all of the answers and solve them one by one. The above and beyond customer service he provided is just something you don’t get everyday when you go into a retail store. Something has to be said for the way he cares about every single person that walks in that store. Thank you Justin for making it a priority to do whatever it takes to take care of your customer. While I have contemplated over the years to change providers to see what else is offered out there i will not be leaving AT&T because of the experience I had. A lot is expected from the associates at AT&T when they only have so much they can do, however Justin will be determined to take whatever time it takes to get you taken care of. Justin does a great job at representing the Kendallville location and the AT&T company itself. Thank you again.

Justin at the Kendalville location was an absolute wizard and didn't give up until he found a solution for me. My Dad passed unexpectedly and his phone was locked as securely as possible, but within a week Justin had his entire phone with settings and even wallpaper transferred to another phone for me. He saved all of my Dads pictures and projects from being lost, and saved me the headache of not having access to utility bills and house payments. I plan on bringing Justin cookies as a thank you, and whoever his boss is should know he deserves a raise.

This AT&T location was awesome! It was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all of our options and ensured we were well taken care of. He was also a very down to earth and fun person to be around. My wife and I opened new phone lines and upgraded phones. While this was a lengthy process, Justin made the entire process seamless, easy, and enjoyable. I was very impressed by Justin, other staff members, and the business as a whole. I will highly recommend Justin and this location to friends and family in the future.

We love at&t as a service provider and we live out in the middle of no where AMF we don't have alot of options for wifi! Their wifi box is cheap and works great out here! Their customer service when calling the store is awful tho. I can NEVER reach someone and last time my husband came in to talk to someone they just stared at him he waited around being stared at for 10mins before work. No one came up to him and asked if he needed help. They just watched him stand around and never offered any help there were 2-3 workers and only 2 people being helped. There was no reason for it other than no one wanted to help him so there is that. The service they provide is great but their Customer service could really use some work other than that! I love our phones and our wifi! Glad we switched for the most part!!!

My phone was locked by ATT because I was trying to change carriers and didn't realize I owed $66 on it still. I had tried for 2 days over a weekend to pay the $66. I was told by customer service and another store that there was nothing I could do until the next month bill. I called this store and Dalton answered the phone. I shared my story and asked about the process of getting a new number and adding that line to my account. I need my phone for work and I have elderly parents that I need to be in contact with. He said that would work as a temporary fix. So we drove to the store and with further discussion in the store, Dalton asked to get on my account. After a couple minutes he said I could pay off my phone. I was finally able to pay $66 in the store. He went over and above to help me. Helped me fine a temporary fix over the phone but then double checked my account and found the real fix to my problem that I needed. Dalton was kind, listened, brain stormed with us, and was proactive to finding a solution. We finally found a kind helpful ATT employee, took 2 days and one other store and several phone calls to find him. Thank you Dalton!

Justin was a very smart and Set an event cause that's important. Interjective individual with curious concerns for human development phones also his puppet George who stood on his right side the whole time was the best young training I've. Ever had I appreciate the guys at the spirit store do not close his location do not shut just in down. I think he deserves a race god bless you

Dalton was very helpful in helping us trade in our devices (from X-RAY to 14). As he was looking through our plan, he noticed that we were really needed a new deal because our current plan was outdated. So we were able to get an updated plan with hotspots for cheaper than what our current plan was. He was very kind, relational, and honest when asked his opinion.
