Driver was an awesome guy, sorry I didn't get your name, but you picked me up in Marion and took me to Huntington on 08/16/24. This isn't his fault, but they were supposed to be there within 45 mins and it took over 1.5 hrs for them to arrive. They are only like less than 15 miles away. If I'm not mistaken it's more like 8 miles away.

Needed a tow yesterday after having hit a deer. Seems nobody wanted to come pick my car up on a Sunday. But, page and diesel did!! Everyone I had talked to was super friendly and very helpful. Truly thankful my car isn’t still sitting on the side of the road in the middle of no where. Would def use them again if I ever needed 100%

Had a GREAT experience with their towing service. They were in communication with me at every stage. Our drivers last name was Elrod. Great young man. Very professional. He really knew what he was doing when it comes to towing and customer service.

Pages used caution not to damage the wheelchair carrier on the back of my van. They even partnered with the body shop to pull the bumper from my tire so I could drive it while waiting for full damage repairs. A boy's gotta have his wheelchair and this mama is thankful they cared!

My truck needed towed to my mechanics shop. My insurance roadside assistance coverage had Pages assigned to tow it. Jake came and was earlier than expected to pick up my truck. He was extremely friendly & courteous & did a Great Job ! I will use Pages again if needed!

Normally I am very happy with pages. On 8/31/2023 I had an issue with my car I called pages like have been for the few years, we schedule a pickup for my car. On Tuesday morning I called in to see if they have figured out with the issue with my car what, to my surprise they told me that they did not have my car there and then they will get back in touch with me. A couple days go past I called back today, Thursday a week later they tell me that they hadn’t heard anything about my car so I called the guys over in Jonesboro which don’t get me wrong. Very great phone voice appreciate it a lot discovered that my car has been towed from the location that it was at by Formans and son and my car has been impounded since last Friday around one.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Had my grandma in literal tears as her and my brother were leaving. Refused to give property back to its owner, and give a receipt for a cash payment. Made them run around all day trying to get a vehicle back, and threatened someone who had already paid for their vehicle. (Tanya excluded! She was very polite.)

This is the company that towed my car after an accident. There was an issue with the address the road side assistance company had for the drop off, so I worked with them to try and get it resolved. This resulted in me being in a threeway call with the road side assistance company and the owner of the towing company, where he proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional. He continually demanded to know who wanted the address change, but anytime I would attempt to explain the situation to him he would just talk over me. Oh, and let's not forget how he told the road side assistance people that his driver was with me... even though I was in my house by myself and no one from his company had contacted me yet. I honestly don't know why he was so angry, especially when they weren't really being honest themselves. He seemed to be under the impression that an address change meant his driver wouldn't get paid... even though that was definitely not the case, as stated by the road side assistance company themselves.Oh, and the owner got so pissy that they dropped off my car at the wrong place... intentionally.Reading through some of the other reviews of this place, the owner's unprofessionalism seems to be a recurring issue.After having a car accident, I really didn't need the added stress and anxiety of not knowing where my car is or going. Pettiness and an unprofessional attitude seems to be the foot this company wants to put forward.Need a tow? Look elsewhere.
