I would go lower if I could!! They are constantly rude. They are never proactive nor do they communicate anything in advance. You must drive there or wait on hold for more than an hour just to get to the pharmacy only to find they are yet out of stock AGAIN. Quite frankly. I cannot believe that nobody has paid any attention to this nor tried to improve the situation…..

Friendly staff that are always kind & helpful. I am an amputee that lives near by, I ride my electric wheelchair to the store regularly. I’ve not had a bad experience. They always help with my bags regardless of volume/crowd.
The store is handicap accessible, including the bathroom.
If you need extra help while at the store ask the staff. I’ve not had a problem with their willingness to help :)
There is a problem with the pharmacy. It seems to be getting worse. I hope they deal with this soon. The store is great, and actually going inside to the pharmacy has been a better experience. But calling is extremely frustrating. I don’t think, overall, it’s as bad as a lot of people seem to but Walgreens-read these reviews, the pharmacy is running people off :/

Our pharmacy was out of stock of Theraflu, and sent it to this location. She accidentally told me the pharmacy was open until 10. It was really open until 6pm. I called at 5:57 to ask if it was okay that my husband would be there right at 6. He had rushed from 25 mins away. She tried to tell me they were already closed (it was 5:57). She transfers me to the pharmacist to ask, as I explained the situation, and I got hung up on. My husband shows up right at 6 and people can clearly see him at the drive thru and they proceed to shut off their lights on him.Poor customer service.

Jonathan, at photo is very rude and self-important. He has an extremely toxic attitude. I’m not sure why he is in customer service. The entire experience was regrettable. I would rather avoid the entire store altogether than have to cross paths with someone that is so negative.

No one answers the phone at this pharmacy. I had to drive all the way there again today, just to ask them to refill my medication, since they don't answer the phone. Now, I'm going to have to make another long round trip, just because they don't have enough respect to take phone calls. I'm having all of our medications pulled from this pharmacy, and we will never come back for anything ever again, and I will tell everyone I know how unthoughtful and inconsiderate the business practices are here. You may not read this until you go out of business, but I hope it marinates. I shouldn't even have to call to request a refill. If a refill is due, it should be filled automatically. But the very least you can do is answer the phone, so that people don't to drive all the way to your pharmacy, just to request a refill. Do better

These are the most incompetent bunch I've ever dealt with in a pharmacy. My opinion of humanity as a whole plummets every time I deal with them. My encompassing worldview has suffered on account.It's been near impossible to get them on the phone - Not uncommon for me to spend an hour on hold just for them to eventually hang up on me without saying a word.My pickups are seldom ever on time and they've stringed me along for days on several occasions.They keep delaying my prescriptions because of "insurance issues"; my insurance has never changed and this is the only pharmacy in 20 years to have this problem.Consistently long lines inside; so I decided to take the leap and try delivery because I kept getting the same person at the drive through window who knew less about how to do her job than I would if I just walked in and started today. She always messes up and then gets rude with you when you have to repeat what you need for the 50th time... I have hours left until I'm due for a life saving medication and it still isn't here. I checked to see what the hold up was... They canceled it days ago. No call, no text, no email... Nothing but crickets. I resubmitted the prescription and it's insurance issues again on a medication I've been getting for years under the same insurance company that has never had any problem covering it.I typically only write reviews when the place is exceptionally good or bad and wrote a whole review complaining about how terrible the last pharmacy I went through was... And I'll be going back to them next month if that tells you anything about how bad this place is.

Horrible pharmacy. I called this pharmacy on the behalf of the member from their insurance plan just for them to pick up the phone then immediately disconnect it. They are not billing the medications to member insurance plan instead they are trying to get the member to pay out of pocket for their prescriptions. Which is why I tried calling them to correct the billing info they have in their system just for them to pick up and disconnect the call. From previous reviews this seems to be something that has been ongoing and no changes has been made. I’ll be contacting corporate this is very unprofessional

Made an appointment at noon today 11/4/23 for one twin for ear pain, but they didn't have another appointment until that evening. I arrived early thinking they would be able to see the other twin for the same thing as a walk in since this is a walk in clinic also. I was told no. I could come back later with the other child or take both children to another place. I kept the one appointment so I could get her antibiotics for her ear infection. What really hurt the most was when her twin was done & she got on the table & said my ear hurts bad & the lady said I can't look at you! How can you tell a 7 year old this, especially knowing her twin has an ear infection. We walked out at 12:15 & there was not a single person waiting to be seen next!!! I will post my review on other sites along with a call to customer service number to let them know of the service & then when I get my survey.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What is a pharmacy that doesn't carry/keep ammoxacillin? This is a 3rd world country pharmacy. Do not call your prescriptions there unless you have the time to simply transfer it when they tell you they're out of it.
