Made an appointment at noon today 11/4/23 for one twin for ear pain, but they didn't have another appointment until that evening. I arrived early thinking they would be able to see the other twin for the same thing as a walk in since this is a walk in clinic also. I was told no. I could come back later with the other child or take both children to another place. I kept the one appointment so I could get her antibiotics for her ear infection. What really hurt the most was when her twin was done & she got on the table & said my ear hurts bad & the lady said I can't look at you! How can you tell a 7 year old this, especially knowing her twin has an ear infection. We walked out at 12:15 & there was not a single person waiting to be seen next!!! I will post my review on other sites along with a call to customer service number to let them know of the service & then when I get my survey.

Very disappointed. Walgreens advertised free flu shots. Scheduled an appointment & when arrived they said they would not accept our Anthem Blue Cross insurance & could not give the vaccine to us. Drove straight to Kroger pharmacy in Jeff & they gave us the vaccines no problem.

Come here to the pharmacy if you want rude customer service with inaccurate information on the phone. Sad when you have a screaming kid cause of ear pain and have to now deal with rude employees. Appalling.

It’s very frustrating to try to get a prescription filled at this pharmacy sometimes. My doctor has what’s called a “waiver” so that I can use paper prescriptions rather than electronic delivery of prescriptions, but every time I take a paper prescription to Walgreens, the pharmacist acts more like a police officer and refuses to fill it Even though it is legitimate. I know they are very busy and probably overworked but it would help if they understood about the waiver that some physicians are granted in order that patients can have paper prescriptions. Thank you

This pharmacy is a special kind of dysfunctional. Their staff range from generally unhelpful to flat out rude; and I wouldn't bother trying to call them... I've waited on hold for over an hour several times just to get hung up on.Unreliability is not a good look from the people who are dealing out meds that people need to live.

The staff is very nasty. My first experience I had laryngitis and I literally couldn’t talk. The girl was incredibly rude to me. Now I sit waiting for more meds for the same issue a week later. I’ve been sitting for an hour, I still don’t have my meds. The staff is extremely rude and the wait time is out of control. Tiffany was very rude when I ask for the second time if my script was ready and she popped an attitude . If you don’t like your job find another one! Extremely poor customer service.

Incompetent worthless employees. I was second caller in line and repeatedly put back on hold 6 times, and held for 1 hour, without anyone answering the phone.

If I could get negative 5 I would. I've had so many issues with this place. Wasted hours of my life waiting on the phone to fix issues. A complete Mickey Mouse operation. Needs new management yesterday. I've tried to simply the 30 minute wait time for my grandparents meds to have auto refilled with free delivery. However this Walgreens fails again. I had a med auto refilled for soonest available which was 10/30/22. The meds ran out an needed to be in hand by November 3rd. The tracking says the med will be delivered on November 5th and it's coming from halfway across the country. The only way to get the med on time was to have it filled and private pay without insurance being ran. Says there is no way to prevent this from happening in the future without picking up in store . Go anywhere but here.

I’ve called several times to ask about my Covid test results. I was told the results would be 48hrs. They gave me a website and code to put in. It still says they haven’t received my test. So I call to talk with the pharmacy. I kept getting transferred to the pharmacist, then hung up on.

I called (stupid) of me, went up (bigger stupid) of me. I saw a man get service at that little prescription window, them have to go to the end of the other line to pay. (I'm like are you for reàl),,, that put that man at the end of a very long lineAGAIN. Do they realize they are working with SICK people??? I know when I am feeling I'll (like just came from the hospital or immediate care or doctor's office), there is no way I could stand there for hours (yes I said HOURS!) Waiting.No place to sit, the few seats they have were full. I do not appear disabled but I sure am. Three different surgeries ony spine. I will NEVER stand that long in their line again. I will go to a different pharmacy..
