Doors locked at 11 am, couldn't wait around for an hour. Last time I visited the only guy (I guess the manager's son, idk) in the store was rude and had no inventory to offer. Just go to Clarksville's actual Verizon store.

Worst customer service ever. Asked for a quote on a new line and he just threw some random numbers out. Had no interest in getting me a quote or even really helping me. Don’t waste your time going here, just go to Clarksville.

Nick has helped me multiple times for both my personal phone and for my firm's business account. He is honest and knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful during every visit. I will continue to go to this location because it isn't nearly as busy as the Clarksville location. Thank you!

Place was awful had little to no inventory in stock one of the newest Apple Watch and the biggest size available they didn’t have it he told me he couldn’t help me find another store that had available was wearing a clown hoodie and sagging his pants can see his underwear, I’ve been with Verizon for years and this is the most unprofessional store I’ve ever seen

If I could give zero stars I would. There is a gentleman that works there that doesn't know anything. We've been in twice for a phone not working (good ole Verizon everyone swears about. I haven't had the best luck with their service) the guy knows nothing. We went tonight for a phone not working again and of course couldn't help us. He had another customer in which came out to us and said "sorry your having troubles but this guys doesn't even know how to add a line". In which I responded to these customers and said this isn't our first encounter with him, he doesn't. Then I further explained our last encounter when he called his manager for assistance in which she was on speaker and told him "I told you I had a family emergency I don't have time for this". Great store let me tell ya and great service. BTW the first encounter I told him the service was awful and he agreed. Didn't even recommend the service he is employed for.

Lost phone and ordered new with CS told me go to this location to pickup my new one. 11-5 Sunday hours same as all other Russel stores. was there from 11-12:12pm NOONE showed up! I'm 28 miles away so called this morning got same voicemail as last 8 times we called . Wife left voicemail yesterday ( still nothing) I called Shepardsville store girl answered right away.. She said there is someone working so going to make the drive again.I will update this review after I actually get to make human contact instore!

Summer was AWESOME!! Summer deserves a raise or promotion, because I never give 5 stars, and I wish I could give 6 ; based on her knowledge, customer service, positivity, understanding, and ability to multi task. I was impressed and very thankful ! Thank you Summer and Verizon
