“We are hosting our wedding reception at 300 Spring, and even though the big day hasn’t arrived yet, we already feel so confident and taken care of. The owner has been absolutely incredible from the very beginning—so kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about giving us the best experience possible.

The space is beautiful and has so much room, and we love that it comes with so many vendors included: a photo booth, DJ, bartenders, and even a wedding organizer. It has taken so much stress off our shoulders knowing everything is coordinated so smoothly.

Every interaction we’ve had has made us feel welcomed and valued. You can tell she truly loves what she does and puts her heart into it. “The Jefferson was a beautiful spot for a wedding. The ceremony was held outside on the deck, with the city skyline in the background. A huge floral chandelier hung above the couple, and with the sunset behind them, it looked straight out of a magazine.

Inside, everything felt well in hand, and the bartenders kept the drinks flowing without long waits. Parking was ample, so getting in and out was easy.

My fiancé and I were so impressed that we’re now looking into the venue for our own wedding. It felt like the kind of place we could celebrate as well.”

“Fantastic, this TownePlace is a hidden gem. Immediately the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. I had a very late check in and was upgraded due to my status and the room was absolutely great. Comfy beds, nice kitchen space, CLEAN! It’s not a new Marriott by any means but it sure feels like it’s been taken care of. The General manager knows what she’s doing with the place. The town is quiet and has an absolutely beautiful view, pubs and restaurants down the street, and the Bridge walk at night is lovely. Great find and I’ll be sure to make this my new location when passing by. Among other stuff in the city to do. You just have to cross the bridge.”
