Twice in a row, no call for update on time/when car was finished.
First was a scheduled oil change that after 3 hours and no one had contacted me. I went back, and they said they were waiting on someone to contact me on alignment offer. 3 hours for a scheduled oil change.
The second time, I took it in for a flat tire patch, and they said about 60 to 90 minutes. After 2 hours and 15 minutes without contact, I went back and checked, and it was done/had been done. No one had contacted me at all to notify me.
People have always been nice and professional but poor quality communication to customers.

I stop in Saturday morning with no appointment, to have a tire repaired. Tom the Store Manager told me they were very busy. It would probably be 45 minutes to 1 hour before they would be able to to get to it.
Well they pull it in 20 minutes later. I was done and out the door in 45 minutes.
Great Service with friendly people.
I highly recommend them!

My wife got new tires on her suv on Monday. On Wednesday I thought I’d drive it to pick up the kiddo from school and see how it rides with the new tires! I scrolled through to the tpms. None of the tires had the same psi but I thought, it’s cold out, no big deal. Then I realized the front driver was showing 58 psi. It was oddly loud. I stopped and took out air for 8-10 seconds and then went on my way. Checked the tpms again once I picked up the kiddo and it was still reading 58 psi. When I got home I got the ol tire pressure gauge and checked it manually. It had 90 psi….. Ninety. That’s after the air I had already taken out. These are 245/45r19…. Once I called the store and spoke to the manager I was still pissed, but he said he’d make it “150%” right and to bring it back tomorrow around the time I called. Needless to say, nothing was made right and the same guys saying the tire is fine are the same goofs that didn’t check the tire pressure once putting new tires on a car…… Maybe there isn’t anything wrong with it, but I can’t imagine the quality of work they’re providing is too great with something as wild as this happening. The manager also said he would be there today but my wife said he wasn’t. Disappointing.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would, this place is horrible! An absolute joke! Where to begin, got my truck towed in discussed everything over the phone but yet they still forgot the oil change. Scheduled an appointment for the following weekend to get it done, over 2 and a half hours with a scheduled 8 am appointment. They get done with the oil change, looked over the paperwork strike one didn’t put the correct amount of oil in it, strike two all the tires has different and incorrect air pressure, strike three oil light was still on. Major major strike 4 they told me my brakes were at an 8 when not even 3 months ago I was told they were a 3, service manager looked at it and said it was a 3 and that the tech confused my truck for another car next to mine. After the oil change check engine lights starts coming on, after the starter was put on alerts started coming on that they accused the tow truck driver of causing. Another major strike while sitting in the waiting room two of us saw an employee get mad at another tech start cursing and literally punching the door multiple times. There is absolutely no accountability at this store. The gentleman who was getting an oil change at the same time as me had the same issues of having to call them back out several times to correct issues they missed. If they are missing the same things on multiple cars at a time management should be addressing this. I wouldn’t trust this place ever again!

Called ahead of time a couple days, called before coming in today almost 3hrs prior to closing… 15mins laters i get told my car cant be aligned due to no alignment tech being available. Drove 40mins to waste my time

Nice guys managers really nice they know their stuff and the educate their people and they really care how they do it and they make sure that the customer comes first

Me, and my dad have bought tires here for our F150's. Recently bought a couple of trailer tires.

This place is a joke. All I needed was ONE tire replaced. I called to make sure they had the tire in stock AND made an appointment the day before. I sat and waited on my car for 5 hours!! Yes 5 hours to replace ONE tire! My car sat out in the parking lot for 2 and a half hours without them doing anything. When I asked around hour 3 how much longer, I got a it’ll be done in 30 minutes ,fast forward another 2 hours before it was done. Didn’t even get an apology or explanation as to why it took so long. Don’t get me wrong I came prepared to sit a few hours but 5 is ridiculous and not professional at all. It really shows how much they care about the customers

they took me in 45 minutes before close for two tires and got me safely back on the road. Mark, at the counter was super helpful and honest. Their team let me know of some maintenance issues on my car without trying to sell me anything. I tend to avoid the big chain stores in favor of small local businesses but this store seems to really take care of people. Thanks for the last minute save guys!

I came in for a flat replacement which was under road hazard, 2 hours before I needed to leave town. Once they got a chance to look at it that evening Mark let me know that 2 of my other tires were at the end of their life cycle. He quoted me a few options, and was forthcoming on what was actually needed vs what was more than necessary. We chose the best valued option, and got 4 new tires, an alignment, and oil change all before we returned home from the holiday weekend. He kept me informed of everything they found and asked if I wanted to make any of the additional repairs. I never felt pressured to do any of it. I paid over the phone and he had my keys locked and ready for me to pick up on Sunday evening to start the new week. I appreciate Mark and TD

Zero stars really. I used to go here regularly. I am done with Tire discounters. The last two times I called to make an appointment for an oil/filter/rotation I was told I didn’t need to call for an appointment. This time I stopped to drop off my car. I was waiting in line and the man behind the counter was giving the lady in front of me the hard sell on tire protection to the point she was looking at me rolling her eyes, she had to say no three times before he relented. Then he tried a shaming routine as he was checking her out hoping she would change her mind. Frankly the man should be ashamed of himself. (Possibly heavy pressure from TD corporate?)
When I stepped up to the counter he acted like an indignant jerk because I didn’t have an appointment like he was the mai•tre d at a Michelin star restaurant.
