Moved here in 2020. They staff is attentive to request and complaints and are professional.. Neighbors are friendly too.

The Woods is a very nice, quiet complex. The landscaping is breathtaking. Laundry facilities are kept clean amd the pool is a great place to hang out without all the rif-raff at the public pools. The office staff are especially helpful! Made a great decision when I moved here last summer!

I like The Woods because it’s quiet, the maintenance team is on point when it comes to emergency repairs,the office staff is also very friendly and great neighbors but, I give them 3 stars because of the Water bill. I feel like it’s a ripoff because it doesn’t matter how many people you have in your Unit and how much water you use, they just choose an amount to charge you monthly. I live with my 6 years old kid just the two of us, no washer and dryer in our unit and I don’t use the dishwasher because I prefer to wash dishes the old fashion way yet I’m paying a 70$ to 94$ for Water monthly ??? This month my water bill is $94, so every month it’s going up just for taking shower? It’s just me and a kid in this place this is ridiculous! I’m wondering how much it will be next month, Other than that it’s an okay place to leave but I’m not sure about renewing my lease. They should give everyone their water account this is unacceptable.

I have lived in The Woods Apartments for 2 years. Ther ladies in the office are wonderful and knowledgeable about their position. Maintenance is always on my issues if I have any. I love living in The Woods Apartments. And recommend to anyone to live here
