Your assistant manager, Bill Miller took the time to make contact with my children in the backseat of the car as we were going through the car wash. That is what customer service is all about.

New management is super helpful and friendly. Brand new staff, great clean lot, amazing vacuums, and absolutely love the detail center with towels and bottles to clean the inside of my car!!

They say open but they're closed half of the vacuums work sitting in the parking lot right now it says open online but it's not they shut the vacuum cleaner vacuum cleaners down because it's raining

Went there a few weeks ago, and the car wash literally stopped in the middle of me going through the wash that happened to the same person behind me. I had to put it in Drive and finish going through. It is scratched up my rims With deep scratches. They Wrote a claim for Insurance and told me I would hear something by Monday. That was Three or four weeks ago and I have not heard anything back. I have tried to call several times and no one ever answers the phone. I have went up there and there’s no one in the office.. I understand things happen, but I really do need to get this resolved.

My car wasn't clean after I paid $21, and after that, the vacuum cleaners were all clogged up. I should've asked for a refund to be honest.
