I've used River City Imports for over 10 years. They provide great service at an exceptionally reasonable price!! The owner, Dutch, is very kind, humble and incredibly honest. I won't take my Mercedes anywhere else!

Well, this Mercedes Benz repair shop came recommended and I called and left two detailed voicemails this week. Now I wasn't expecting to get in this week, but I would have liked to have booked an appointment. However, no one would take the time to return my calls. So instead of getting a new customer I'll never be a customer with you. I'll go elsewhere.Funny thing! It's now a week later from my review and for the record this company still hasn't had the basic courtesy of returning either call. My car has now been repaired by another shop. River City Imports........ just go away.
