Dealership had my car almost 1 month and estimated $6000 to repair. Took to Probilt - they recommended against dealership diagnosis. Now up and running. 1/3 the cost 1/4 the time. These guys are a lifesaver. I was about to buy a carry remotely from Nashville from a deal that’s about a quarter-mile away and felt uncomfortable with the dealership in the sales person. I had them inspect the car which they did and gave me tons on details. I appreciate these guys and best money I have spent.

I had an appointment this morning and was treated great. The service tech pulled my car in, examined my rear air suspension on my Cadillac XTS for air leaks and checked the codes on my car, at no charge as they didn't find anything wrong with it. Very nice people. I will definitely use this shop for future automotive repair needs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My truck had a coolant leak in the beginning of July. On a referral I went to Probilt. They diagnosed it and said it was a hose leak. The bad news is that it's on back order from Ford for 4 weeks. It ended up taking 7 weeks to get (can't blame them for this part....they're at Fords mercy here). The part finally arrives and they replace the leaky hose. You can imagine my surprise when the bill was $380! I decided I was just happy to finally have it fixed. Within 48 hours my truck is overheating again and out of coolant, which is the same problem as before. I called in and they had me bring it back. After diagnosing the issue again they call and say they will have to take some things apart to get to the A/C line as it appears to be leaking. I told then to go ahead. They did and agreed that was the issue. That took 4 business days to fix and had to leave my truck over the weekend. They finally call to say it's fixed and I could pick it up. Charged me $581 for this go around. I almost fell on the floor laughing . I pointed out the obvious scam and Damon argued with me saying he was sorry I felt that way. He claims the A/C line started leaking after I took the truck from him. Comical! These guys clearly were out of their league with this simple job. Almost $1,000 for a coolant leak. DO NOT GO TO PROBILT FOR ANY REASON. THEY DO NO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND YOU PAY FOR THEM TO LEARN. PATHETIC.

Had my vehicle worked on a year ago, experienced same issue and they replaced the parts and labor FREE based on their 2 year warranty guarantee! Plus I find them to be professional and courteous whenever I've had contact with them. This is the only place I take my vehicle now!

You call to ask a question and discuss getting service and the Manager is very unfriendly and unprofessional. If you don’t want my business just tell me but don’t treat me awful over it. I can take my business elsewhere.
