I read the review of the one star rating that someone gave these guys and doesn't even make sense just because they were being honest telling them they should go to another place they got a one-star rating I would ignore that because it's a five-star rating all day these guys know their business and they know it well honesty integrity and just great workmanship are what you're going to get at this transmission shop...

In thinking the transmission repair my sons 2012 Toyota Camry needed was going to be complicated and expensive, the opportunity was present and easy for this shop to simply play into my fears. But the repair I thought would be nearly $3,000 ended up being closer to $350 and the problem was fixed! That is integrity and honesty that's hard to find anywhere, and I am beyond impressed. Having 7 cars just within our immediate family I'm thrilled to now have a shop that truly earned my and our trust.

Friend recommended them, So I call to see about getting my 2017 spark transmission fluid changed (serviced)and we was on the phone and the guy on the phone soon as I told him it was a CVT transmission he was like nope take it to the dealership so you can be right at the dealership when something goes wrong. Could of just said we don't service them.

For one, they have done the best work on my car that I have ever received. Not once in my life have I ever had a car do so much better leaving the shop. They were able to fit me in for a power steering pump repair and got the job done in a timely fashion, while also at a fair price. I would definitely recommend giving them your business. Good work, professional workers, and they make sure to take care of their customers. What more can you ask for?

Precision got my car in quickly and found the right part in two days. They were able to get a new gas tank on my car for roughly 500 dollars. When I went to drive it home I noticed my gas gauge did not work. I immediately called and was told that it had worked when the mechanic put in the 3 gallons of gas to get it going. My gas gauge still does not work. When I went back he diagnosed my car for free, but was not willing to look any closer at it due to being severely behind in work and blaming my accident for this issue and not his work regardless of his prior statement of the gas gauge functioning for him. He quoted me at almost 900 dollars to fix the gas gauge and let me know that he wouldn't be able to get to me for two weeks or more. He did a job, but not completely, and I definitely felt like a burden.

I was told that they were more affordable than anywhere else well they're not they wanted a lot more like $5,800 to fix my transmission in my car thank you but no thank you have a nice day

Absolutely the best and most trustworthy shop in the Kentuckiana area. The mechanics here really know their stuff, and are dedicated to providing top notch service. This is the only shop I would ever take my vehicle to. And the fact that it's locally owned and operated really makes a difference to me. Who better to take care of your vehicle than your neighbors ? Horrible waste of money. Misdiagnosed my truck. Another place preying on women. The seal was cracked and leaking oil. Over the phone I was told it could be rebuilt for $1950. After dropping the truck off the story changed. Said it couldn't be rebuilt had to purchase a remanufactured for $5000. The Transmission was burned and and smoking.. burned out? Whwn the jacked it up all the fluid came out. A WHOLE LIE! I just drove 25 miles there without a problem. What a joke! Every Transmission place I called and told the story too laughed. All it needed was a new seal and Transmission fluid
