PNC's service model of operation to have a person stand at a podium when you walk in to tell you to get in line and then do absolutely nothing is a horrible leadership and management decision. It happens every time I walk into a PNC branch. Whoever the brain child that thought this up should not be in customer service.
It's not personable.
The person greeting everyone does nothing for the customer while the person actually doing work has no help. Great idea!!! SMH

Easy PNC location that offers a drive thru on the end of the shopping center. They always are helpful with our transactions. The tellers are friendly and my daughter loves the lollipops that they still give out here!

Do not go here to get a new debit card. Use the website to order one. Went in to get a replacement since the chip no longer worked after just 14months. The replaced the card after but, it had a different number on it and they charged me $7.50! Really!!?? Called in to customer service and they refunded the fee.

Giving an honest review as not only a customer but as an employee.I love PNC bank. I banked there for many years until I decided to close out my account. I struggled with this branch after I resigned. When I was working there I had a branch manager watch my every move and then they started tracking me outside of work. It's became to close for comfort. I was going to HR, but decided against it. Even though I should've reported both managers for what they did to me. I waited 2 years and went inside and reported it to the new branch manager and told her how disappointed I was in the treatment.I wanted to build with PNC, have a great future and life long career but they branch managers ruined that for me. I just couldn't go back. So if thinking about being an employee for this location, please take head in caution.PNC is a great employer though, I'd highly recommend, but this location needs research before joining the team.However PNC banking as a customer... Highly recommend.Ps.-side nite... This location is very extremely busy on Saturdays!!!! Especially the first and last of the month!!! Do you banking during the week.

Allowing fraudulent activities on my account to happen. Called and made numerous complaints to both parties and I get tacked with a $400 bill on my account from the bank. Now I am negative $300+. Will be contacting the BBB on both parties(bank and hotel) for theft. If it's not fixed by payday..I WILL be changing banks!

I haven't had any interactions inside here, but the ATM, inside of the building, stole my PNC debit Card. Customer service was unable to provide a solution and now I'll have to go in person during business hours to get my card, and get the cash I needed.
