The groomers are nice, my dog loves them as much as they love my dog. My issue is not with the groomers but the fact that my dog contracted fleas from his last grooming appointment. I live alone and he’s the only pet I have at home, we’ve gone nowhere nor had any visitors and he has been scratching like crazy since his grooming appointment. His appointments are never cheap as he’s a Yorkie/chihuahua mix with lots of fur. I would like to get this fixed by the store asap but there’s nothing available for 2 weeks and no one picks up the phone when I call…please help!

Can’t get help from the groomers. They stand there and look at you like you are store furniture. I just want to pay, get towels, brushes, etc. I only gave a 2 star because the tables save my back, oh and the dryers are good. But the customer service here needs attention. The areas to clean your dog are always dirty. Gotta find another place

Recheck on ears and booster shot was successful because of the patience of the staff. Dr. Brittany Lipps is wonderful and took the time she needed to talk to us about anxiety in our Gracie.

I brought my dog in for a severe cough. This was the 4th vet I had been to so I wasn't very hopeful as I had gotten no answers from the 3 previous vets. VetCo took such great care of my dog. They actually ran the needed tests and made sure I was very well informed about all of my choices. My dog is doing better but we are not out of the woods. I'm so very grateful for VetCo.

If I could give 6 stars I would our beloved family member Ava had to be put to sleep and the staff here were absolutely amazing , so friendly so compassionate so caring they were great thank you Vetco for being so wonderful

Fantastic store all around. They seem like they might need more staff at the moment but everywhere is short. Marla the dog trainer is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Grooming department is also great and has always made me happy and my dog comfortable. Both the grooming and vet department will do "happy visits" to make your dog comfortable. As the owner of a rescue it means the world for people to help work with my pup and give them a positive experience. I was recommended here by a girl who has a service dog. She gave me a card for Marla the dog trainer and gave the whole store a stunning review. Much happier here vs where we were going before. I'm not sure if the girl is an employee or not but I hope she gets something out of this. She has a Doberman service dog. I can't remember her name unfortunately.

They have the worst dog trainers on earth. I wasted 6 weeks of my time with their private dog training classes. My trainer was booking training classes and answering her phone during my time. She ended the session 30 mins early one session and basically quit on the last week. Who trains a dog with a big clear bag of treats in their hands and is surprised when the dog jumps at the treats? Marla who works as a trainer does. Don't waste your time and money with them. 6 weeks and no change in my dog. If you walk in the staff will just look at you and they don't have any knowledge about the products they carry. Their groomers are terrible too!
