The animals here are mostly well taken care of, but some of the reptile tanks are very questionable... Keeping multiple in one tank when theyre solitary. I understand its a pet store, but it doesn't mean the bar should be in hell.

Earlier in the week, the cashier got a nose bleed while he was checking someone out and he hit a button for assistance and no one ended up coming up there. He said it was just him and the GM but I guess the GM didn’t hear or care, but I hope the cashier is okay. Disappointed in the GM. I’m sure he could see that the cashier had a nose bleed and needed to go clean up. I liked shopping here but this new management is questionable at best. The cashier was great but I am unsure about returning.

If you take your dog to be groomed you have to brush them first or they will scalp your dog forget a cut they will come back with no ears and tail. My dog wasn't that matted. I will be contacting corporate. Don't go here.

Was pleasantly surprised, had a associate a young man, don't remember name that helped my daughter and me as we shopped for a Axolotl that was new to us. He was extremely helpful.

Good selection of pet supplies. They are slightly more expensive than other places (Walmart & Target).
