Sydney was amazingly helpful and easy to talk with. Helped me with my policies and any questions I had. Made the whole insurance thing an enjoyable experience for what it is. Thank you.

They used to be much better. Currently, they are not responsive. Last year, they did not help me to solve an issue with auto payment, causing me to lose more money than I should. No help can I expect from them any more. EasyPay removal cost me more than $200, and they are not taking responsibility for that. I was not told about the discount in their communication. Corporate Office of Allstate was to blame as well, I guess, for removing the discount even though nothing actually changed.

Packy Page and his agency are there when I need them. I've never had that with an insurance company before. Lori went out of her way to get my claim handled quickly.I have also saved a ton of money since switching over to Allstate!

I've been with Allstate for many years. I am always treated fabulous. Friendly agents who go out of the way to help. I don't drive a lot of miles, so they found me a plan that saves me a lot of money. Highly recommend this company.

I don’t care for the drive wise track in my driving while using a hands-free device for navigation on my phone. I’m not using it it’s just navigating they need to fix the app so it don’t pick that up.
