“Big shout out to Atm Gift Exchange & Pawn Mike reached out and gave a big helping hand when we were down! No one else or other pawn shop would do what he did! Great people treat you like one of their own! Very nice place and always keeps his word! Always has been great to us! I highly suggest if you find yourself wanting to go to a pawn shop need something that they offer to go there first. Best prices compared to anyone also most friendly people I have ever met! Mike would give you the shirt of his back! I’d vouch for them any day all day! Again he reached out and gave me a helping hand when I needed one the most and always has kept his word does what he says and never strayed from it! Great family owned and family run business support them they are just like any normal person trying to make a living I can tell he loves what he does and loves seeing the smiles on his customers faces, tries the best he can to please his customers and make them happy! Again I can’t say enough good things about them. He cares about his customers and I can vouch for that we hadn’t been in to see him a couple weeks ago and he called to make sure we were okay! “I was moving last year out of Louisville in a hurry, and brought some item to the owner Eric for consignment. I was sort of prepared to never see any funds or at the very least see nothing for the items I left. The items were a bit pricey so I was taking a risk. I didn’t contact the store for over 9 months, and when I did send an email, I was relatively sure I was going to have to butt head with the store. To my complete surprise, Eric said they had a check for me but were unable to contact me, due to my own mistake. He went out of his way to get the funds to me and that says a lot about his character.I would absolutely use Louisville Pawn Depot again. It’s an honest and fair business, and that’s all anyone can ask for. Thanks Louisville Pawn Depot and the owner Eric for treating this customer right!”

And they gave me a fair price for pawning my stuff and I will be going back to see them if I ever need help again and I will say this the store on Broadway will NEVER get my business again as who ever the manager thinks he is ... Bad customer service and he shouldn't even be able to be a employee at the most a manager lol they must really need help... don't go to the store on Broadway lol but the dixie store is way more professional and has better stuff than Broadway..”

You can say what you want about "used " jewelry, but it's new to me and Soso much cheaper so you can buy more pieces. I believe they have musical instruments, and you can get foot pedals (much cheaper than new). I never knew they were so dang expensive!
Either way, this place has a little bit of everything. Go check them out.”
