Went in to meet with Teresa & she quoted me 50-80 to do my 1 W2 & 50 for my sons 1 as well. I called her back to confirm that total & she tried saying mine by itself is $180 then refuses to give me back our w2s. She's not very educated on emails & up to date technology. She only knows how to send off. A big fraud

My sister and I have been preparing returns at Oberhausen's Tax Service for 30 years and our father for 30 years before us. Some of our customers have 4 generations of family members who have used our services. We thank those who put their trust in us year after year and welcome anyone looking for a tax preparer.

Teresa & Maria seem to be thorough and professional, however, they need to make the leap to the digital age. We lost time and money trying to work with them to prepare our 2020 returns. Neither Teresa or Maria were able to understand how to interact with digital files. In order to prepare our returns, they wanted to access our tax documents from the previous year. Not a problem. We have all of that scanned and ready to go. But because they are not familiar with online document management tools (like Dropbox), they wanted us to provide paper copies of those documents, which would have required printing 100+ pages of documents, even though they were already scanned and ready to go in digital form and we could have easily shared them. We went round and round about this until my husband and I finally decided to take our business elsewhere. We paid them for their time. When we got our original documents back, they had handwritten notes on them IN INK. I would not recommend this business to friends or family.

The Oberhausen Tax Service is very responsive and trustworthy. I have had them preparing my taxes for many years. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tax service company.
