Made an appointment at noon for one twin for ear pain, but they didn’t have another appointment until that evening. I arrived early thinking they would be able to see the other twin for the same thing as a walk in since this is a walk in clinic also. I was told no. I could come back later with the other child or take both children to another place. I kept the one appointment so I could get her antibiotics for her ear infection. What really hurt the most was when her twin was done & she got on the table & said my ear hurts bad & the lady said I can’t look at you! How can you tell a 7 year old this, especially knowing her twin has an ear infection. We walked out at 12:15 & there was not a single person waiting to be seen next!!! My next complaint will be to customer service number to let them know of the service & then when I get my survey. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

I would not recommend going here if you're having covid symptoms. I was charged over $400 for a simple covid and flu test when you can go to any drive thru site and get covid tested for free. I was also charged over $300 for a 35-45 minute visit when I wasn't even inthe room longer than 8-10 minutes. I think these prices are outrageous and when I left a review with Norton, they called me over a month later and were not helpful at all and had poor customer service skills. I will not be coming back to a Norton Prompt Care site again.

Highly recommend this facility. The employees are so kind and compassionate. They are also quick, while still ensuring they answer all your questions.

Every time I go to the Jeffersonville location, everyone is very kind and listens to you without judgement. The Nurse Practioner will even make sure certain medications are covered with your insurance and if they don't they will make sure to tell you to look on Good RX to find alternatives! I prefer coming here over my PCP because of the ease of getting an appointment and the overall care I receive

I found myself needing to have my not quite three year old daughter tested for Covid. The NP who helped us today (9/4/2021) was kind, prompt, and beyond patient with my daughter. Thank you.
