You can never get them to answer the phone, I should not have to call customers service when you have a local store, I have set in the parking lot saw they have no customer, and watch them ignore the phone !

This location is the closest to me. I have only ever had one good experience here. The young guy who work here (Manny I think, whoever was there 8/4/2020) is something else. The store is supposed to open at 10, not 12. It's funny on not two but THREE of my store visits I was here at the same time as the UPS guy and the guy didn't come to the door to unlock it (after 10am). I came into the store today for a replacement for my damaged phone, I was in the store for a full minute before he even emerged from the back. He then tells me they only have one phone in the whole store. Maybe if you answered the door for your deliveries young man. You know, I hope one day I can slow down and find me a job I can mess around and still get paid. Just do what I want with no consequences. Anyway, I took my business to the store in Clarksville by the laundromat. I was informed the same owners hold that licensed dealer as well. At least the girl working the store in Clarksville was helpful. I appreciate her attentive work style and customer service skills. If you took the guy's pay and gave it to her, there would be more justice in the world.
