Don't waste your time with this Jeffersonville dealer location - especially if you have the slightest concern that home internet may not be amazing at your home. There are some shenanigans going on in this store. They sold us the home internet which we got zero service. Spent a month + trying to get our money back - activation fee (which there was a trial period that the store manager conveniently forgot to tell us about (think commission) but the service center mentioned it several times.) The manager (Will) also told us to NOT bring the device back to the store if it didn't work out (didn't they check our address to make sure we would have service???) but instead to call the service center and get a UPS label and send it back that way - I am guessing so they wouldn't have to mess with returning the activation fee which they fought us on over and over. We bought home internet on July 28 and the device was returned by UPS and received at their dock on Aug. 7. We have spent 30+ days calling and visiting multiple stores to get our money back. An epic waste of time but I was not about to give Tmobile our money. I will never use them for any service. If you do deal with Tmobile I recommend the corporate stores over dealer stores. Go to the Clarksville store on Veteran's instead. They took care of us the best they could.

Barbara On 10th street in jeffersonville, Indiana was extremely flexible treated me like family the first day she meet me that’s what it’s all about whenever I need help with anything Barbara is the person I will be coming to.

I traveled from Greenville to this store in Jeffersonville because Barbara actually cares about customers. It is worth the drive and the wait (if she's busy). She made sure I got the help I needed and I would like to say thank you.

The employees were very helpful with my seemingly silly issue. I had some trouble with my phone and they were very kind and respectful of my problems and helped me solve my problems with ease. I definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you!!

The best phone service and customer service I've ever had with a cell phone will never go anywhere else to pay my cell phone bill or if they have cell phone service customer service was the best and the service is just right up there with it

The heavier set white lady locked up to go to lunch so I came back to switch devices. I asked for a charger to charge my phone but she said they had no charger so I went to my car to get one... Instead of helping me she dials the metro PCs line and makes me sit on hold with them for 30 minutes as they fix the issue over the phone so she could eat lunch. Then talks about how I'm from Texas and that she ate mushrooms at a concert and how she wished she was smoking a blunt, all the while with anouther customer waiting in line. Made me so uncomfortable I dart out the door and left my charger. Came back in 2 days later they refused to even look for my chord. Most bizarre and unprofessional experience I ever had in my life. She needs to lose her job and learn that this is a job and should be taken seriously... the most entitled women I ever met in my life, grow up.

I want to give a big shout out to Josh. Despite being the only one I'm the shop he was able to deal with multiple customers at once. Josh showed out standing customer service and went above and beyond with each customer he handled. In addition to being a really easy employee to talk to. Josh was quick and made sure everyone knew that he was concerned with there issues while dealing with others. I wish him the best and he's definitely going places !

Christy is FANTASTIC. She will put tons of effort and time into making sure things are right.That being said. I would never wish my experience with Metro on anyone. They screwed up something in the porting process. After a week of trying to fix things and bricking a phone in the process, they finally gave up and opened a new account. After that it took a month, four support calls, another visit to the store, and easily an hour on the phone to get the credit transferred from the defunct account.I realize my experience may be an outlier... But... It is my experience nonetheless. I'm definitely out as soon a I can unlock my phone.
