Always one checkout person and 30+ people in line all day long. Horrible service! Recommend going at closing time. It's the only time the manager comes out to ring people up so they can close and go home.

They're definitely starting to slip up here. The lines are getting longer, timeframes are going unfulfilled, and medications are taking multiple days whereas they used to take a couple of hours.
Unfortunately, if you look at your other local options, this is still one of the better pharmacies in the area.
To be clear, I bet it is, at least mostly, corporate's fault. This stuff is happening all over.
But it might be worthwhile to look into getting prescriptions mailed to your home, especially if you have mobility issues / compromised immune system.

Usually I have no issues using the pharmacy. But I recently changed insurance and they have been completely and utterly useless since. They could not figure out how to put my new insurance into effect and I spend 3 hours getting transferred and put on hold again and again and hung up on. and no one could help me, even after I got all the extra information they said they needed. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I've never had any issues up to this point. But first complicated issue shows up and no one wants to deal with it. Ridiculous

Best pharmacy in the area, staff is courteous, and kind. They actually answer the phone in a timely manner and are super helpful. The staff seems to be sufficient for the workload.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive been to. The staff with the exception of 1 person (Blake) are the RUDEST people possible. They tell you your Rx is ready over the phone then every single time I get there ITS NOT READY or they say it cant be filled. SAY THAT THE FIRST TIME. Everyone in line is irritated with the situation and I’m sure they get tired of dealing with irritated mad people, but the solution of that is to first off not be rude and secondly give correct information

I think Meijer Pharmacy in Jeff is 1 of the best in Clark County, and I've tried almost all of them. Their prices beat Kroger, Walgreens, CVS etc. Their customer service beats the rest by far, they are extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and fast. I been going there monthly for years, I live by Kroger in Clarksville which I tried once and the wait was terrible, almost an hour, their prices were way more.Kroger knew NOTHING about my medication and I was a new diabetic. Meijer has never let me down on knowledge of my medication, and has ALWAYS tried to get me best price, they've been patient and caring. Sometimes they know more than my Dr. Thank you Meijer Pharmacy! ?
