I have never had a bad experience but there's a young lady there now that is rude and terrible customer service. I saw her playing with her hair, bite her nails and then go serve food. I asked when my food was going to get cooking and she said they're busy. No one was doing anything in the kitchen and I could hear someone in the back watching videos. She started giving me attitude. I told her there was no need. I was just asking.

I promise I've visited this location over 300 times for gas etc and never had bad experience. Employees are always very prompt and pleasant. I've probably purchased the Krispy chicken over 100 times and have never been disappointed and have tried the Krispy chicken at 7 or so locations from Virginia beech to Kentucky and guarantee you will find this location consistently above all others. If you like chicken livers you won't find any better anywhere.

Do NOT go here! Just ordered 3 tenders with 1wing, wedges and 2 biscuts. And everything is DRIES OUT & DISGUSTING. Too hard to chew. Avoid this gas station chicken or waste $14, like me -_-
