“I ran in there Tuesday morning asking for a zipper to be realigned. I needed it back by Friday. It was promised to be ready by Thursday at 5p, it was ready by Wednesday at 3p! I was beyond thankful. “My dryer went out so I had to go to the laundermat..lol. I have not been to a laundry mat in over 15 years or longer and felt like a fish out of water and a little girl in school. But the lady that was working was so helpful and kind showing me what machines to use etc.. Because, wow these new machines hold so much more etc, then the same with the dryers. Even customers was helping. I kept saying I was embarrassed, but she made me me feel comfortable enough to not be embarrassed. I wish I could remember her name. So until I can afford a new dryer, this is where I will be going.Oh and this place was very clean. As busy as it was there was machines for me available to use right away.”

“I got a friendly greeting when I walked in the door and was offered assistance. Very nice laundry mat, clean, lots of washers and dryers, multiple of the big ones and even a few mega loads.”
“Agree with others here regarding pricing. Except for the 2 Express Washers which cost more, costs are much the same as other coin laundromats in the area. Dryers the same: quarter for five minutes.Only complaint is that the dryers' lint screens are cleaned just once a day. Don't forget dryer sheets or laundry balls (the ones you fill with water!)”
“We drove to 4 other laundromats in town before we stopped here, it was much nicer than every other place we stopped. It actually felt safer too! Clean facility and bathroom with friendly helpful staff. Will return to wash next time I’m back in town!”

There’s usually someone available if you have questions about using the washers. They also have some larger washers that hold almost three loads..!! Perfect for blankets and comforters. “I been coming to Maj Cleaners for years b/c it very close to where I live and never had a problem. They get the job fast for a reasonably priced.The only draw back is the parking lot can be hard to maneuver when too many cars are in it. It sits near the corner of Bardstown Rd and Feganbush Ln. They are are across the street of Bill Collins Ford.”

“This is the 2nd time being here. I like the place, it's not really deep in the hood, it's not even downtown it's in old Louisville. Both times I felt safe and the people who run it are real nice. It's clean. It's small so there is not a lot of seating but I was comfortable leaving my clothes to go sit in the car.”
