Pricing is higher than nearby alternatives, but the store is always pretty clean and well stocked. Organization isn't great, however.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and decent prices. Kroger's digital coupons and sales make grocery shopping a bit more affordable and efficient.

Been to the store three times now looking for something I need and can't find it because they moved every-thing in the store.
Asked Store associate..."I dunno".
Used to just go get it, and now can't find it.
Amazon and Meijers... that's where I'll find it.

Anytime I use their bathroom it’s ALWAYS gross. Smells very bad. Trash all over the floor. Toilet hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Do better Kroger management

I was at the Jeffersonville store yesterday. There was just one functioning restroom in the pharmacy area. I couldn’t detect hot water at the sink. Upon self checkout I had trouble ringing up un-barcoded products, such as apples and tomatoes. While scanning a bag of Ritz baked crackers the entire back of the bag was ripped out at the seam and chips were falling out. No employee offered to get me a new bag, but told me that I could stop in the middle of self-checkout and get a new bag of chips. The employee asked me if I wanted the damaged bag! This store is poorly managed, not in good repair and isn’t customer oriented to the extent that it should be. On a positive note, it was well stocked.

It's ok. I noted they recently upgraded their clothing hardware and rack space. Well that's fine but pricing is way too high. Most important the BATHROOMS. ALWAYS STINK AND ARE VERY DIRTY! This is what the people handling food have to use. 🤦🏼♀️😵🤮🤮🤮 Very nasty. Worst than any gas station I have seen. This building is only like 4 years old -- It's ridiculous. So awful that I have to do a peepee dance and leave without finishing shopping just to avoid their bathroom. Pic no towels to dry hands. Ugh!! 😫

Why force us to "clip" coupons? Offer the lowest prices without making us work for it. Fuel points are a gimmick. Why make us spend several minutes trying to scan a QR code for a coupon on the app that works half of the time. Do better and don't be so greedy.
