I’ve been using this daycare for almost 9 years now. I still have two little ones there. I absolutely love them. It’s clean. If you come in the middle of day, maybe not but kids have been playing all day. Yes, Turnover is high. That’s everywhere. However, the office staff has been consistent for 9 years and some of the teachers have been there for YEARS. I have great relationships with the staff there. Any minor issue I have ever had, has been addressed promptly. And that’s been maybe 3 times in 9 years with three different kids. My kids have strong relationships with their teachers and children there. You can tell they are well cared for and loved. My kids learn so much. New words, songs, they are always excited to tell me about their day whether it’s good or bad. Never had a bad day because of staff. It’s all peer conflicts but that’s to be expected with kids. Communication is some of the best I’ve seen when compared with other places. I get cute pictures of some of their activities. I get alerts when they need diapers or anything. I also get notified when an accident (slip or fall) happens and how they treated it. It gives me peace of mind that my kids are well looked after while I’m away at work. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

We've been here since my daughter was 5 months, and she's about to turn two. The staff is always very attentive, they know my husband and I, and I can really tell that my daughter learns a lot there. She is constantly treating us to her new words, songs and signs she learns there. We've been sent home a few times for illness but that's nothing I wouldn't expect from any daycare. They host a myriad of fun activities for the kiddos and anytime we've ever had concerns they've been handled accordingly.

My child went here from 3 to 5 and I think do a great job with toddlers. The staff was pretty consistent compared to other daycares we have to. He definitely learned from his teachers and made lots of friends. My child always haspictures and art from school to bring home and is proud of it. I would definitely recommend from my experience

I had the worse experience. Every time my son had any type of symptom, they would send him home. How can you keep a full time job? Also, the facility stinks so bad, they rarely take out their trash. They sent me a picture of my son with a full diaper, highly inappropriate. I wouldn’t send my dog here, let alone a child. Run far away from this daycare, they are very good at gaslighting your experience.

I went in for an interview very skeptical after hearing horrible things about this daycare. I instantly got bad vibes from how dirty and ghetto the inside looks and hearing the staff in the back screaming at the kids. It had advertised on indeed that they pay up to $13/hr and employees can bring a child free of charge. Well that was a total lie. They told me that they could only offer me $10/hr and I would have to pay out of pocket for my son’s tuition. I have had former co workers from other childcare center tell me how shady it is and it’s not a good idea as well as multiple OT therapists that work within the area.

My daughter is 3. She was there for 1wk, there was no social distancing or masks! They make u pay $360 up front for 1st week, and last week! My daughter now has COVID-19.They will not refund the $180 that my daughter can't use. When I told them she had COVID-19, they were nasty, uncaring and defensive. Find a safer place to send your child!

not a bad daycare. also not the best. However, they did deny my child to come in for the day because I called ONE MINUTE after 9 AM to let them know she had an appointment that day and that she would be a little late. Mind you, I had already paid for the entire week.

All daycares are going to come with issues here and there but my daughter has been there for over two years now and I honestly can’t come up with anything that’s been alarming. Yes, there’s turnover with the staff. Yes, she has caught some colds and bugs. Small little issues here and there. But that’s any daycare. I have always felt that her teachers cared for her, and she always seems to be happy and have had a good day. My wife watches the cameras fairly often and the kids seem well taken care of and interacted with. Our daughter talks about her friends and teachers from “school” even when she’s at home. We can tell they teach them things, work on a curriculum, and always get a lot of artwork sent home. We like KCA. I would take some of these negative reviews with a grain of salt. That hasn’t been our experience.

I was once a worker here, and while all days were not perfect, they hold a very special place in my heart. To begin KCA (Jeff Location), not only gave me a job, but helped me realize what I ready wanted to do and my calling, which is to care for young children to my best ability. Not every day was a worker will be peaches and cream, it is a very difficult job and is not meant for everyone. But the staff that has been there are friendly and know what they are doing. Paula, Ellen, Emily, Jessica, and Diana are awesome and do so much for that center and their staff. They are also pretty flexible with schedules. They are more of a family than a co-worker and employee situation and I miss them now that I have branched off.As a parent whose child went there for 2+ years they deffinatly do they're job when it comes to teaching. My child started when she was 3 months old and was there until she was 2 and a half and loved every one of her teachers, and even ask about them still. They were very living towards her, making sure she was comforted when sad and ect. They just loved her and any other child they cone in contact with. All in all, if you are looking for a job here, remind yourself that this is NOT an easy, sit down job. You have to apply yourself every single day. You alsohave to remember to have tons of patience towards the children you work with on a daily because you have to clue what is going on in their home life.If you are looking to enroll your child here, remind yourselves that as teachers (because WE ARE REAL TEACHERS!) We have a difficult job to do on a daily. At times we have entirely too many kids, not enough help, and are completely stressed. If we give your child the wrong paci once, we are sorry. If your child has to wear our extra clothes firm the daycare because of an incident, we are sorry. If your child comes home messy, know that your child had an awesome day.

My 4 year old son Jakob goes to Kids Care in Jeffersonville. Jakob is a strong willed child but the staff at Kids Care treat him well and most of his days are really good. The facility is always clean( where I go to the pre-school and older kids sides). The webcams offer a sense of relief that you can see what goes on during the days. The teachers give me day to day updates about Jakob and his behavior and they have worked well with me to implement systems, such as our star chart, to help with his success. We have been going to Kids Care since February so 6 months. Jakob has had a few teachers, but I have seen the same faces the entire time he has been there.

This place is HORRIBLE! My 1 year old granddaughter got abused at this location and the management didn't suspended the person or fire them. It has a teacher turn around like crazy it's hard for you to get use to the teachers because there's NEVER the same person in you're child's room. The staff is super stuck up and RUDE. My grandkids came home with dried up poop on there butts SEVERAL TIMES but according to the staff he/she just pooped but the poop was dry as all get out. The women that runs this only cares about how much money she can bring in and that's about it. My grandkids where ALWAYS GETTING HURT. At least once or twice a week. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
