We found a kitten on the snide of the road and stopped to grab it. This place was friendly and took the little baby kitten and even gave us information to call and check up on her .... GREAT PLACE

This is a great no-kill shelter and they make sure any pets adopted from their facility go to good homes.

Had a great experience adopting a cat from here. You go through a vetting process, which I think is incredibly important & has the safety of the pets in mind. The adoption fee is a bit higher than what you'd see at a state-run animal shelter, but they are privately run so it's understandable they need more donations to care for the animals. The staff I spoke to were friendly, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable they were on the animals they housed (I was able to hear about my cat's background before I adopted her). When I adopted my cat, I got a small package with food, her medical history, and a few other things I might need for her. They also signed me up for a micro chipping website, which I thought was very helpful. I can tell this place is looking out for its animals, and I don't regret adopting from here one bit! One month later and my sweet girl is happily settled into her new home ❤️

We additionally went there to adopt a small dog but they did not have any we looked at several cats that they had and ended up adopting one named Dax his most lovable rambunctious cat that I have ever had. God bless The humane association for the work that they do

This is just a house with a bunch of cats and a few dogs in it. I got scratched by the dog that jumped on me and could not avoid him jumping on me. It's itching the daylights out of me now. I hope it heals fast. Facility was underwhelming but staff was extremely friendly.

This small but exceptionally well-run animal shelter is no-kill. Cats, kittens, dogs, puppies all have separate quarters that meet their needs.DONATE TIME OR MONEY TO LOCAL SHELTERS

Love the caring staff here. I had to call for my neighbors dog being left on leash in back yard in all weather conditions with no shelter at all & owner only fed it once a day & water occasionally. Poor thing barked 24/7 unless taking a rest on ground. I called Jeff police who gave this information to get dog help & the awesome lady was out next day, she got to warn owner but also brought them back a brand new igloo dog shelter & the owner was grateful & dog stopped barking all day & night cuz had shelter. Thankful to this place for making a difference for owner & dog?
