The room was clean. The front desk employee was so sweet. The most incredible part of our stay was Ms Joyce she made us feel like family. She should get a pay increase and a promotion. She is the type of lady that gives your faith back in humanity. Thank you Ms Joyce!!!

At first glance the room looked very nice and clean. But after taking a closer look at things it did not seem that great. I found a weird sludge in the back of the fridge. I also found stains on the bedsheets and a blood stain and on a pillow. There was also hair and some dust on the couch. But on the good side, I thought that the bathroom was very nice and that the pool area is a lot better than I have seen in the past and what I expected.Noteworthy details: They have tables that can charge your phone with no cord which is cool and useful.

Amazing service,great hotel, worth the money. great rooms/bathroom. Staff is amazing and so sweet very helpful especially shay and Allison. Indoor pool is heated and perfect for the family. Would definitely recommend and will be coming to this hotel every time I come back to visit in Indiana.Rooms: Very spacious nice cleanNearby activities: There is many food places nearby stores. Just about anything you can think of.Safety: Very safe the room's lock. When you leave, you need a key card to enter or you have to come in the front. There is somebody at the front desk 24 hours a day.Walkability: A lot of things are within walking distance.Food & drinks: They have a 24 hour copy and hot chocolate and tea stand they have breakfast in the morning. They have a 24 hour convenient store in the hotel.Noteworthy details: The 2 front desk women named Shay and Allison were amazing, Very helpful

I wanted to give a shout out to Joyce the breakfast attendant. Awesome job! I watched her interaction with guests and she was personable, helpful and caring. She was the same with us. She is a gem!

Rooms were dirty. Children running around the halls all night making tons of noise. Staff did not do anything. All night just constant pounding on the walls and ceiling.

This hotel and it's team are amazing! I travel for business in the area and this is my home away from home. I feel safe here and it is very clean. Couldn't ask for better accommodations.The staff is so dedicated and truly show they care about my stay.Thank you!Walkability: You can walk to restaurants right across the street

I pretty much stay at a Holiday Inn about 300 nights a year. This place has top notch customer service, The staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. The property is always clean from the outside to the inside. I have stayed at this property multiple times in the last year and never have had a problem. I have read a lot of these reviews and never had this experience. I tend to believe that if you come into a place with a bad attitude you’re going to have a bad experience. This location has so many options to shop and eat within walking distance!! Would highly recommend this place!!

My wedding party and guests stayed here in July as my venue was pretty close. We had an informal pizza dinner the night before, and the bridal party had hair and makeup done in the conference room the next morning. The staff was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. There was another large group there at the same time, and we still felt like we had the royal treatment. They even played Lookout for my groom when I had to run from the conference room to the elevator!And the ladies that handled breakfast were so sweet and took the extra steps to make my day that much more special! The rooms were also clean and comfortable!Food & drinks: Breakfast Crew was amazing!

The hotel is almost three years old and it still seems like it is brand new. The staff is super friendly and nice. Breakfast was great and the breakfast attendants are friendly and nice. They both go above and beyond to make a nice breakfast experience.Rooms: The rooms were really clean.Food & drinks: There are tons of places to eat down the road and within walking distance.

After driving 6 hrs from Chicago, Shay answered our call to see if they had a room available and they did. It was comfortable, spacious and mostly clean despite one long dark hair in the shower. Claudia greeted us with a big smile at the breakfast bar. The gym could've been better maintained, all else was a great stay.

Booked and payed for a king for my room to be a double. I went to the front desk to ask what happened and they said they had none left, when it said there was 3 left online lol. The double queen room had a French fry on the floor near the bed and a nice public hair to greet you in the shower. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom as well. Asked for compensation was told I would get points on my account, which idk if that even happened yet. Place sucks.

Three paid reservations for IHG Holiday Inn Express, made last month on Booking. One night 3 rooms. When I show up on a Saturday afternoon, the clerk says they only have two rooms reserved. As far as she is concerned, it's my problem with Booking. Talk to them. An hour dickering with her and Booking on my phone for resolution. $545 in advance does not get you much anymore. As far as I'm concerned , both Booking. Com and Holiday Inn Express IHG Hotels get one star for not being able to straighten out a fully documented booking snafu quickly, and make things right for their customer almost instantly, leaving that customer happy.Traveling with a family group on a weekend should be enjoyable, especially when paid in advance.
