I am very disappointed in their telephone service. I called to ask a question. I'm giving 3 options, talk to head person , who's voice mail is full. Next option is to give a phone number of a staff member to leave a message. The last "9 or just hang up. There is absolute no way to talk to anyone in the store for information. At the time ,I was looking for a hatch handle. I have always used Heuser as a reliable source to get what I need. I will have to think twice next time.

They just give people whatever price they choose too! I bought some foam that fills holes in your wall and three times I had to go back into the store because the product was so old and dried up and I hadn't even had it very long smh. However, they do have great customer service skills.
