Car was in shop for 1.5 months and once bringing home we had to send it back within the week. The front desk was told of the issues and when preparing to pick up we found out she never relayed one of our issues because she thought it was weather related. This resulted in 2 more weeks of work. Immediately following pickup we took the car to Honda to fix one issue that we were told they couldn't fix and realized that another issue had not been fixed. To top things off the car died upon parking at the Honda dealership and had to be jumped just to get into the garage. Very disappointed with everything.

I had an excellent experience with Joe Hudson's Collision Center. The staff were attentive and professional. They treated me with respect and understood my situation. They worked very well with my State Farm insurance and handled the billing and helped arrange a car rental from the Enterprise location down the road.
