Staff always seem friendly. Store is clean and easy to get in. Love that they have a doggy bath center so I can go in there without having to dirty up my bathroom with my pup!

The staff here are always so helpful! My rabbit came down with FRS and one of the employees had the same experience so she was absolutely amazing with helping me find what I needed and to calm my nerves! I didn't catch her name, but I really hope she sees this review so that she knows how great she is (and so she knows that my rabbit was better only 2 days after my visit! ) thanks again! ?

If you have a lizard,fish,turtle,cat, dog etc. They have you covered staff is kind and helpful to anything you may ask. Great rewards program too.

I love going in this place! Now, I have a bird and I can get his new toys and special treats... spoiled but for you with all the sweet dogs and kitties... you can bring them with you and let them pick (that is after you give them a bath if you want in the back) what treat or toy and so much more ?

Clean well stocked store ! The kitten adoption is sweet ! Prices are a tad higher. It’s difficult to get help in this location.
