Gone are the days of being able to go in with a part you need and matching it up. Fastenal used to be my go to but I’ll find other places now or just go to McMaster online.

Never have anything and never meet get it in when they say they will! Has went way down hill since they became a fulfillment center! The lack of knowledge they have about hardware is horrible!

Recently changed from retail store to fulfillment center but the staff was very gracious in letting me know and still helped me find the part number I needed so I could order it on fastenal.com
