DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS at this location if you want peace of mind.Terrible service and horrible people. Mistakenly placed a reservation at this location and the manager refused to refund the reservation within 45 minutes of booking despite medically extenuating circumstances. The general manager and her cowardly back room lacky at this location are completely without common sense or compassion and refused to discuss a refund and refused to transfer the reservation to the fairfield inn closer to the Hospital. This place needs empathy and customer service training. I Hope they're never in a situation where a loved one is in danger and they can't find a place to sleep for the night or a compassionate person to help.Don't book here unless you plan to pay for a room whether or not you stay there.Noteworthy details: GENERAL MANAGER IS A JERK

Enjoyed my stay! Promised room cleaning never happened due to a couple of reasons, not a deal killer.

We had never stayed at a Fairfield Inn and Suites before, but we were very impressed with Debbie, the staff member that checked us in. She was extremely diligent and customer-oriented throughout our stay. We would stay again at this hotel because of a high caliber staff member like her. Thank you, Debbie!Noteworthy details: Clean and welcoming

I am a gold elite member with Bonvoy and am extremely disappointed on how this situation was handled.I needed to cancel my hotel rooms. I have booked and canceled MANY hotels over the years. This time when canceling online there was an unusual cancellation message that I had never seen before online saying I would be fully charged if I canceled. This was not a prepay or inside the typical 24-48 hour cancellation period so I was confused and called the hotel to speak to the front desk person, Liz, who indicated that what it said on the online reservation about being charged was incorrect and there would be no charge to cancel since I was well within the 48 hour cancellation window. When I went back to cancel online it indicated again that I would have to pay the full amount for all the nights so I called back the hotel again. This time, Saturday, the front desk person indicated there were no managers on duty for me to talk to and there was nothing he could do until Monday when a manager would be available. When I told him that having to wait until Monday to speak to a manager would put me inside the 48 hour window he indicated there was nothing he could do. So Monday arrives, I called first thing and Liz, the person I originally spoke with, and had told her that I was concerned about being charged the fees, indicated that she could cancel them for me since the online reservation was going to charge me. I agreed that she could cancel so I would not incur the charges for the rooms. Much to my surprise, my bank was debited the full amount for all the nights (6).When I called to speak to the GM, Stefan, to get an explanation he was busy so I left a courteous message to please call me back so I could understand what happened. No response. I waited another day and called again. I was sent to voicemail. No response. I waited another day. No response, so I called again and this time was transferred to the sales manager, Leslie.I’m a professional with significant training in customer service. Customer service training reveals itself when difficult situations are encountered. This seemingly easy conversation to discuss conflicting information from the website and front desk ended with a very abrupt and disappointing ending. Leslie repeatedly said “we’re well within our rights to charge you” while not addressing or caring about the point that I was given wrong information from the front desk. If anyone had mentioned that if the front desk canceled the rooms I would be still be charged, I would have kept all the rooms (6 nights total) and would have still paid the full amount but at least received the 6 nights credit that I ultimately paid for. I brought this to Leslie’s attention and she only repeated, abruptly, that they were well within their rights to charge me and no nights could be credited.I am not one to write poor reviews but this customer service situation was poorly handled and very disappointing.

Service and location were great. Close enough to Louisville to pop over. There’s a restaurant right across which had great food. The staff was nice, the breakfast area was clean, and the gym was good too. My bad experience came from my room which had a sink that did not drain well and often had standing water. My coworker who also stayed in the same hotel was moved twice due to issues with the room. But they did move her and were very accommodating. On the flip side, my shower set up was really cool though, a genius made that shower. The knob was opposite to the shower head. I thought that was smart.

This hotel has a staff that is unbelievable! If every hotel had this staff every hotel would be as perfect as this one. Whatever is happening with management at this location is working perfectly. The staff is over and beyond in everything they do, the food, the cleanliness, the friendliness is all over the top. I absolutely, genuinely enjoyed our 2 night stay. So much that I went to the store to make a small gift scavenger hunt for the cleaning person along with a tip. FANTASTIC experience that will be hard to top!Rooms: Perfect, modern and very cleanNearby activities: Jeff's doughnuts ?Walkability: Great brew house next doorFood & drinks: Breakfast had a gazillion choicesNoteworthy details: Pool is well cared for

Wow! What a last minute surprise! We left Georgia and we’re on our way to Wisconsin. Unsure how far we’d get before we ran out of steam, around 1:30am we called the hotel and got stellar service from a young man. We arrived 10 minutes later, he quickly checked us in and got us settled. We were pleasantly surprised this morning at the extensive breakfast which include eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage, fresh fruit, as well as oatmeal and yogurt with an array of toppings. The decor is modern and the service friendly. The location is easy and convenient off the highway. We will definitely keep them in mind for future stays.

Great place to stay. Clean quiet area. Hotel lobby is clean and comfortable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Staff is very nice. The breakfast is fabulous. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I didn't really like the shower head settings, which didn't allow for the best water pressure, the pool is not indoor, and I wish there was a bar in the lobby. For what it has to offer, this hotel did fabulous.

Newer hotel in a great location. Room was very clean (as were the common areas). Breakfast was traditional Fairfield. There is also a good restaurant next door for lunch or dinner. The weight room was well equipped (one of the nicer ones I've experienced at a Fairfield). We only planned to spend Friday night, but it was really nice so we stayed and spend Saturday night as well. Definitely recommend.

Minus 5 degrees, 30+ MPH gusts winds, Friendly staff, cozy rooms, tasty breakfast... A hospitable stay.T'was Three Nights before White Christmas where travelers gathered to seek shelter from theharsh winter.Check in/out was simple and quick by friendly associates.Room was white glove clean.Bed was comfortable.Large, clean, and modern bathroom.A/C performed flawlessly.Right Off Indiana 62 and 265, there's a very wide variety of restaurants and stores to enjoy.Kerri prepared a broad selection for breakfast which included egg, toast, bagel, oatmeal, cereal, waffle, coffee, juices, biscuit/sausage/gravy, milk, and more with a big smile and pleasant personality. She really loves what she does.

I've stayed at three different hotels in the Clarksville/Jeffersonville area over the past three months and this one is by far the best.Housekeeping staff is unbelievably friendly, front desk has been pleasant and helpful any time we needed assistance. Breakfast has been decent variety with healthier options and a different 'main course' and yogurt/milk options. The gym is nice, facilities are clean and updated. Overall great experience here!Noteworthy details: Harbor and Hops restaurant is literally a stone's throw from the front doors. Nice little joint to grab dinner from!

Very nice, bed was very comfortable. Room was spotless. Employees always spoke to you when you were coming in and out of the front door. Great variety for breakfast. I will be back to stay again.
