Like all the staff, everybody will listen and suggest/help on any questions we had.Little pricy to find out our dog is F in the head and more than likely not be able to be what we thought he could.

This place has the best staff and in a short time made my German shepherd a much better dog.. highly recommend this place

It's such a great center. I learned so much from Grant just off our first visit and with taking the same knowledge home to keep it up. I have seen a dramatic change already in my girl. Can't wait for our next visit.

Duffy’s staff, especially Grant and Miki are great to work with. They have done a great job with our Gunner and the full obedience course (3 weeks of in school and approximately 7 one on one classes to teach us owners) has done amazing things for our 18 week old GSD.Hi highly recommend Duffy’s and be sure to get Matthew Duffy’s book, Ten Natural Steps to Training the Family Dog. You should probably get the book and read it before getting your family dog. It will help you prepare yourself and your family before you get your family dog.

These guys are up beat and come with a smile. I got my new battle buddy from them through Dogs Helping Hero's and they trained Axel before I got him on his basics. Now to do the rest of the training with them. They were very polite, respectful and knowledgeable to my questions. A big thanks to the Duffy's staff and DHH.

Beau loves coming to school. The staff is great! Everyone has been wonderful. We especially want to thank Scotty, Grant, Greg, Heaven, and Christian; who have spent the most time with our little guy.

Would give zero stars if I could!! We took our dog there and she already listened great we were just interested in maybe making her a service dog so we were having her evaluated.. we walked around with her and she did everything we told her to then the trainer took her and started jerking her around on her leash and we told her not to do that and she did it again and got growled at.. then we got told our dog would not be a good fit for a service animal because she was aggressive .. these people use fear based training and they disgust me... I told that trainer to take her hands off my dog and I got my dog out of there

We originally thought we were going to Duffys so Ginger would learn her manners- WOW today we have an amazing dog!! She has graduated Dogs Helping Heroes, thanks to an outstanding meaningful program and super staff working with Vets and dogs to create the most wonderful and mindful relationships between the owner and dog! So very cool. And on good days and bad we are reminded of our blessings and ever so thankful ♥️?? . Not a day goes by that we are not thankful and appreciative ?❣️

Boosie(3 year old pit bull) did a full program at Duffy’s around 6-7 months old. He was not food driven, completely refused treats) and I wasn’t sure how to go about actually training him. I take him back for regular day school visits/refreshers. He loves going to school. The staff there is amazing. This is not a program where they do all the training. They engage you in the training as well. Teach you how to handle your dog and address concerns as they come up during their program duration. I even scheduled a one on one lesson once my neice was old enough to help figure out how to acclimate everyone to one another. I can take him on off leash walks and get compliments constantly about his manners, rapport and his tolerance/patience with other dogs is incredible. Duffy’s was able to help me give Boosie the home, love, attention, and instructions we all needed to thrive harmoniously.

We are very impressed with Duffy‘s. The instructors all follow the same effective training procedures and are very nice, caring, professional and attentive to the dogs and their owners. Our first visit was an interview session with Christian. He was so informative and interacted very well with our puppy and us (my husband, 2 daughters and me)! We left feeling assured that they were going to be able to help us address the puppy issues we were having. One week later, we’ve noticed a very positive change in our 4 month old golden retriever who did the 7 day manners and remote collar program. The 3 private sessions are so helpful. They are hands on sessions that teach the owners how to continue the training at home. You are also provided with a training book, which was written by the accomplished Matthew Duffy. Not only were we pleased with our experience, but we also talked to many other happy customers we passed entering or exiting the center. Another positive sign for us that we had chosen the right place was when we saw how excited our puppy was every time we entered the center, and it was apparent that the other dogs seemed happy to be there as well. We highly recommend Duffy‘s Training Center!

Matthew Duffy quite literally changed my life. Because of him and his team, I have a service dog. They worked with me on pricing the entire time. Such loving and compassionate people. Matthew is one of the smartest people I know. Thank you so much for Cloud.
