Went out with family on Mothers day to get balloons and a black lady that works there refused to air the balloons even though she aired up and put strings on for another customer with no attitude, she was extremely rude and poor customer service.

It is 7:15pm and the store is closed. Lights are on but no one is home. Door says open till 9pm. I hate liars. If you are going to close at least put a sign up.I hope this place fails and goes out if business

So the short pink haired old lady obviously has biased opinions on who she serves at this store. We go the first time and she can’t say anything but something rude about the prices as if we weren’t okay to buy them, it’s dollar tree. Then the second time, we go into the store and she talked to everybody else that’s white but me and my partner. How do you supposed that if you work at dollar tree you’re just going to be rude to us but not everybody else? That doesn’t make sense and doesn’t add up, babe we’re in 2023 now- the biased opinions need to be eradicated.
