A lovely gentleman named Tim G assisted me to find Bluey Band Aids. He was very helpful and kind, and he was very nice to all the other customers! Give this man a raise!

Giving two stars for the staff that worked on 6/8/24. Otherwise would be -1. The last two weeks the head pharmacist (Brandon) and his staff have been rude, unprofessional and called me names. They did all this cause they made a huge mistake by giving me medicine without a label or paper work on what the medicine was. When took bottle back to ask what it was Brandon was super rude.

Stopped by the CVS pharmacy in Jeffersonville to pick up a couple of prescriptions for my Dad. Krystal helped us and was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. She even caught on to the fact that one of my dad’s medicines had a high amount due and asked me if my dad was aware of the out of pocket cost. In a world full of hateful people, I know for sure pharmacy techs often get the brunt of frustrations beyond their control. It blows my mind that Krystal can remain so positive and helpful in a routinely unacknowledged field. Whoever has some clout at CVS that reads this, please tell Krystal I said thank you very much and give her a raise.

I ordered a prescription to be shipped same day and when the driver arrived he rang the doorbell and waited for about 60 seconds and left. Never knocked or rang the doorbell again! There was no time to make it to the door! I needed the prescription today and am unable to leave the house. That's why I paid to have it sent seme day. I called the pharmacy and asked to speak to a manager and was told to call back tomorrow. The person on the phone, Amanda, was very unapologetic. I explained that I needed the meds today and she then says they have nothing to do with the delivery service and I can wait for him to bring it back to the store and come pick it up or have it shipped by mail. I had already explained that I need the meds today so how does that help? She was very dismissive and had an attitude like it's not her problem. I work in customer service and I'd lose my job if I acted that way. If the delivery service that CVS uses to deliver their products isn't doing their job then it IS CVS's problem and they SHOULD be concerned about it. Not only did the delivery service fail but also the rep at the pharmacy failed by not taking responsibility for the failure of THEIR delivery service. If Amanda had been more understanding and even tried to fake like she cared and was going to try to do something about it then it wouldn't have been AS bad but she failed on her part as well. This delivery service should be fired and Amanda needs to be stocking shelves or cleaning toilets instead of interacting with customers.
Just came back to leave another one star review and I see that it will only let me edit my last one.
There must be something wrong with the pharmacy management b/c they have very low standards of who they hire. Every time call, the person I speak with is rude. No "please" or "thank you". Not even a friendly voice. Everyone I talk to there sounds like a little bratty teenager with attitude. Even the woman whose voice sounded like she was middle aged had that attitude. CVS must not care about how their employees make them look. The one on Spring Street in Jeffersonville is the one I'm closest to and have to use (unfortunately). I'm not sure if this store has subpar mgmnt or if all CVS's are this way. As I touched on in my first review, the front-facing people you hire for your business need to have customer service skills. If someone doesn't, and can't be taught, then they shouldn't be dealing with the public. Put them to use as a laborer of some sort like stocking or cleaning where they don't need to speak to anyone as part of their job. It makes the establishment look bad and it shows you don't care when customers have to deal with these people. I didn't get the person's name this time as they don't introduce themselves when they pick up the phone (which should be required) and if you ask you get more attitude or even get hung up on.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Received a spam call from their number, took 25 minutes to speak to a person to confirm they didn’t call.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It amazes me that this place remains consistently awful regardless of time or day. You will save yourself a LOT of time and frustration. Very rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful staff.

I have an RX that is consistently on back order from the manufacturer and every month my Dr. has me make sure the pharmacy has in stock before she calls it in. Some months I may have to call a few pharmacy's in order to find one with my RX in stock. I have had several RX's filled at CVS but not this one location in particular. I called last month to ask if they had it in stock and a man answered the phone. He had ZERO customer service skills and came across and annoyed he had to check on this for me. I explained that I normally have this filled at the Walgreens across the street but not in stock. He did not ask my name or DOB to verify my identity, spoke to the pharmacist, and came back on the line to tell me that they dont' want new patients w/ my RX and to go back to Walgreens. I didn't even get a change to explain that I was not in fact a NP and provide my information before he disconnected me. I was in shock! I called my Dr. who also could not comprehend why I was treated so poorly! Long story short the Pharmacist and their staff needs to get training on customer service and common decency as from what I read from the 2.3 star review I am not the only person who was treated like this. DO BETTER CVS!

Cvs changes when they open and close all the time they are down right lazy people rude can’t keep good people in there I highly recommend not going to this one in particular when I expressed to them my daughter needed her medication due to he 105.1 temp and I had sat in line of the pharmacy for over 30 mins they told me I needed to wait cause they all of a sudden close at 1:30 instead of 2 now (when it’s always been 2:00) when I told them they didn’t have a single care of respect they called me stupid as I walked out the door .. (the manager) he was a guy blonde short hair dressed in black as he and his coworker bashed me for being mad they all of sudden close early ( keep in mind I’ve gone here for years they never close before 2:00) screw them do not go to this cvs on spring street in Jeffersonville IN

Go across the street to Walgreens. If you're confused as to what's happening with your medicine the pharmacist might be extremely rude, tell you to shut up and insinuate that he knows better than your whole team of doctors

After being on hold for 20 minutes, the pharmacist was super rude to me for no reason and then literally hung up on me
