I never had experience before like I did today. I’ve always love shopping to Burlington but not anymore. Today I went in with my SERVICE ANIMAL and got kick out by manger on duty (between 2-3pm) and she was very unprofessional and came out started disrespecting said you can’t bring animals in here and when I asked not even service animals. I had told her my dog is a service animal and she was not taking that for an answer!! And when I was leaving the store she followed me all the way front to the store. Even tho I left from there very respectfully without being argumentative or anything. I didn’t like how I was treated there therefore I’m never returning to the store and cancelling my credit card and had called customer service to report this.
Review the camera for proof!!!! Between 2-3pm.

I wanted to walk down every aile of clothing !!!!!So many fantastic prices for "designer" gear.Cashiers were extremely cordial &polite.

Aug 16 2024, unable to find help in the store, only one person on register. Apparently you can only use dressing rooms on Fri Sat and sun, other then that they are closed. Was disappointed in this store. I will stick with Ross , Tjmax, jc penny. I brought friends we all are over the age of 50 and spend tons of money but left our carts with clothing cause we was told no dress rooms till weekends we went to Ross dress for less and bought our outfits with shoes.

It should be noted that fitting rooms are only open Friday-Sunday. That was a little frustrating to learn after I had a handful of clothes that I wanted to try on. I had to go to an aisle and hold things up to guess if they would fit right.
I found a couple of items on clearance for a good price. So that was nice.

Great for finding Mens big and tall clothes. The line can be awful long when busy, but they try to get you through as fast as possible. Not a huge plus size women's section.
