The gym offers a high end crossfit gym with good material and perfect coaches. The team has an eye for technique and is patient, knowledgeable and fun. Everyone is very welcoming during a drop in Saturday class or a great weekend workout. The community aspect is tremendous, each workout is challenging but extremely rewarding, and guests would definitely come back.

Dropped in while in Louisville for an event. The coach that day is the owner and made me feel super welcomed, and is clearly passionate about his gym. Clean and well equipped space! Great coaching and great conversation.
