“A few months ago my partner and I discovered someone, or some entity, trying to steal 10K from our business account. I immediately called our banking liaison, LeAnne Scott at around 7am. She told me to meet her at the Jeffersonville branch at 9am.By the time I arrived at the branch, Jyl Robbins, Branch Manager at SYB Jeffersonville, had been working from home to freeze the account, to stop this thief. Jyl had also started the process to open a new account.Before I left the branch, another attempt was made to steal from the account.For the next several days, Jyl Robbins monitored our account, even over the weekend. In my mind, Jyl went over, and above, to help with any issues, questions, etc.I'm not a banker. I am a hairdresser. “I have been banking at 5/3 as long as I've lived in the Kentuckiana area. Before my current job, I also worked for 5/3 for 3 years. Not only does this bank offer free annual financial reviews, but the customer service is always over the top. I'm greeted with a "welcome to 5/3" whether I'm in the drive they or walking into the building. Angie is my favorite teller at this location because she always greets me by name too. I love the personal touch. 10/10 would suggest baking here for the perks of a free account, and a nation-wide network of few free ATMs”
