“I have lived here for more than a year. No one paid me for this review or even ask for me to leave one. I am leaving only because i feel like its the nice thing to do since there have been so many nice changes. i had actually planned to move out once my lease was up because the maintenance men and the office were horrible. people constantly working on cars in the parking lot loud music out of the cars the hallways were gross and smelly with tons of stuff in them and i didnt even feel safe for my kids to go to the playground. god must have heard us because all the staff was removed that was here and right after christmas a whole new office and maintenance men came. i have now renewned my lease in april for another year. the changes are like night and day its crazy. rules are being made to be followed and the office is always outside making sure peopld follow them or just speaking to us and getting to know us. since ashlee has been here she has got rid of tons of cars that should not be here no one is working on them anymopre or keeping them on car carjacks for months people are not distrubing neighbors and partying at the tables or playing loud music. hallways are checked everyday and there is nothing in them ever and if there is they kindly remove hte bikes and put them at the bike rack for us. i have never had my work orders completed the same time i put them in ever here. i came today to let them know about a issue in my apartment and brittany told me to give her 10 mins and she would have them there. it was not an emergency they came in fixed it and they noticed anoterh small issue theirself and asked me if they could go ahead and fix that for me too. the outside and parking lot have never ever been this clean. the laundry room is nice. all the staff office and maintenance have been here since christmas and they are doing a really good job. they are so nice and understanding and even talk and watch out for our kids when they walk home from school. thank you thank you for bringing them here. now pleas ekeep them we had to many bad ons.”
