Paid $25 for the top wash they had. Half the rollers wasnt spinning in the wash leaving the passenger side practically untouched, the front still covered in bugs and dirt on the back hatch plus the wheel scrubbers didnt work leaving my wheels dirty. I pulled back thru and they had me go thru the wash a 2nd time only to get the same result. I ended up having to hand wash it myself with the bottle of window and surface cleaner they had and some towels. Definitely wont go again. The cheap ran down place down the road does a better job at half the cost.

Impossible to cancel. Have to turn transactions on and off with my card company’s app so they don’t continue to charge me

I was double charged three months by Zips and trying to get it fixed (now for two months) has been a nightmare. You cannot get this fixed locally, you have to call a customer service line. The guys working at this location have tried to help me and I appreciate the work they do, but the overall company is really failing at customer service. I’m sorry to leave a one star review, as I like to support local business - but, this has been a really frustrating experience. I have canceled my membership.

Second time trying their membership which has gone up and my car is never clean when I leave. They use to spray under the car on both sides now they just half don't and I leave with mud caked on wheel wells and fenders.

We would give Zips zero stars if we could. We have a membership and attempted to use the car wash during normal business hours on several occasions, only to find the entrance blocked off with pylons for maintenance. This has happened multiple times and no one will call us back or provide estimated timelines. Then our 2021 vehicle that was in excellent condition got damaged in the car wash, and the company refused to take responsibility even though we showed them what happened right away. They claimed it was a manufacturing defect and their equipment was working fine. They make it almost impossible to talk to a live person or end your membership. Would not recommend - very poor business practices.
