“My mother recently lost her husband of 53+ years, and our family needed to purchase a new suit for my father's funeral. When we entered Siebert's, Jim went above and beyond to give us service. He patiently listened to my mother and shared his own experiences with grief and the death of a loved one. Jim helped my mother pick out the 'perfect' suit coat, shirt and pants, and even went so far as to iron the shirt so that we could take it directly to the funeral home.I thank Jim and his family for truly taking the time to sincerely engage with our family during our time of crisis, as human beings, and not just a source of possible income. I hope our community can continue to support Siebert's for another 100 years, as service such as provided by their staff becomes harder to find.”
