Like every other corporate type dealership. High down payments and high payments. They do not work with every credit profile. It is misleading. Offered a cheaper vehicle but only when down $500 on the down payment. Not worth your time. 3rd or 4th attempt with this dealership, and will not try again.

I’d like to take a minute to talk about my wife and I’s experience with Matt and the folks of Auto Now Jasper. From the moment we arrived in the lot they were top notch. They listened and understood our issue and went straight to work on making sure we left with a solution and a vehicle. We told them our budget, they showed us everything we wanted to look at, test drove, and soon found our new car. By the time all of that was said and done our paperwork was ready and we were on the road. No fuss, no pressure, no hassle. Super fast and timely and they made you feel comfortable and at home. I suggest anyone looking for a car to go see Matt and he will take care of you.

Lied about an important issue that you can't really misunderstand about... Admitted to telling us wrong but wouldn't do anything to help or fix the issue.... We love the vehicle but wish we had gotten it from a different car lot

Bought a 2020 chevy silverado from the jasper location. Jake was very easy to deal with and got me into the vehicle I wanted. I did have a very small evap issue that we are currently in the process of taking care of at a real dealership. They didn't hesitate to fix my issue. I'm happy to say I will be back buying from them and I will send others to them. Jake and others at auto now did everything they could and answered every question I had. They are a great dealership to buy from ?

By far the worst lot I've dealt with. Had problems with my vehicle the day I drove it off the lot and they have failed to fix any of the issues or make it right. Rear hatch fails to open and close defeating the purpose of an SUV. Smokes when you first start it. Has rear brake issues, climate control issues so we have no heat or AC, engine shuts down randomly and usually on a turn meaning the power steering stops functioning almost causing multiple accidents. So we have a $16,000 vehicle we cant drive. Tried to tell them this is a lemon and manager said if its running its not a lemon then threatened to call the cops on my wife if she didn't leave the property. Needless to say an attorney has been contacted and the vehicle has been sent to the Dodge dealership for inspection. And let me also ad that they are trying to make themselves look better and increase their star rating by having their own salesmen post 5 star reviews. Max Wilderman, the most recent 5star is a salesmen, not a customer. I know this as he is the one that sold us the junk we got.

I purchased my first vehicle by myself today and let me tell you what the men at this facility made this the best experience I have ever had making a big purchase. They explained everything into detail, answered every single one of my questions and made the whole experience very easy and honestly it went so fast! They work really hard to get you the best possible deal that they can. They want to make sure that you are 100% happy when you walk out of those doors and drive off of the lot. I’ve never felt so welcomed and relaxed than I did here. Huge thank you for all the hard work these me. Put into this! You absolutely helped me pick out the best vehicle!
